  1. Revan won the Red Dirt Rumble to become the inaugual Iron Man Champion
  2. Cruze was stripped of the title after failing to appear for title defences. Kincaid won the UWO Unified Rumble for the vacant title
  3. MLP def. Kincaid for the title in a Hardcore Match
  4. Wolf def. Padge for the title in a War Zone Match
  5. As of December 10th, 2023, RDW management added a stipulation to the title that in all title defences, the title would only be at stake for the first 10 minutes of the match.
  6. Former champion Leo Fox was stripped of the title due to failing to show up for this title defence. Morrison def. Tommy 2 Good, Adrian Vega and Gun Metal Gray in a Fatal 4-Way Match for the vacant title. Morrison changed his name to The Oklahoma Strangler as of February 3, 2024
  7. Frankie Lee suffered an ankle injury prior to the March 15th RDW event. He surrendered the RDW Title to Gold to defend on his behalf.
  8. Seeka def. Gold for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Colton Kinnamon
  9. Gold def. Seeka for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Colton Kinnamon
  10. Gallows won an Over-the-Top-Rope Challenge for the title. Jones was also a participant in that match and was eliminated 1st.
  11. Chambers def. Gallows for the title in a Tables Match
  12. Bourne def. Skidz for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Frankie Lee
