  1. Gold was the last man to hold the UWE United States Title when it was rebranded as the Apex Title, thus becoming the inaugural Apex Champion.
  2. Anarchy def. Gold for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Reed
  3. Sinizter def. Anarchy for the title in a No DQ match
  4. Zakk Sinizter had a contractual dispute with UWE and left the company, vacating the title on October 12, 2019. Stackhouse won a Total Turmoil Roster Rumble for the vacant title.
  5. Royal was stripped of the title for failure to appear for a title defense on July 10, 2021. Dean def. Wesley Crane and Mr. Nasty in a Triple Threat Match for the vacant title.
  6. Koko def. Dean for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also included Alex Royal
  7. Fuel def. Koko for the UWE Title and the UWE Apex Title in the same match
  8. Fuel gave Mr. Nasty the title, citing a UWE by-law that states any double champion may relinquish one of their titles to anyone if they so choose.
  9. Fox def. Nasty for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also included Rush Freeman
  10. Payne def. Killbane for the title in a 6-person Battle Royal
  11. Violet Payne was stripped of the title on June 28, 2024 due to being unable to fulfill championship obligations. Daniels def. Floyd Maystorm for the vacant title
  12. Anarchy won the title from Warhawk when Warhawk's team lost a 6-on-6 Ring Wars match with the stipulation that the winning side would get all the UWE Championship gold.
  13. Harkrider def. Birdman in a Title-vs-Title match where Harkrider's WAH Spotlight Title was also on the line.
