Barry def. Brandon Groom in the final match of 6-Shot Gauntlet to become the inaugural champion. Barry def. Groom in a No DQ Match after receiving assistance from NWA Oklahoma Commissioner Payton Scott. O'Malley defeated Barry in a 2 Out Of 3 Falls Match. On April 16, 2005 NWA Oklahoma was renamed NWA Universal. O'Malley vacated the title when he departed the company due to "creative differences". Shady won the title by winning the Sooner Stampede on April 14, 2007 and was the last NWA-U Oklahoma Heavyweight Champion. He was recognized as NWA-OK Oklahoma Heavyweight Champion when the company reopened on May 31, 2008 back under the NWA Oklahoma name. Albright def. Shady to unify the NWA-OK Oklahoma Title and the NWA-OK Universal Title Albright relenquished the title on September 5, 2008 due to the overwhelming schedule he faced as NWA World Champion. Spoiler 2000 def. Slam Shady for the vacant title. Griffin def. Carnage for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also included Chad Thomas. This match took place at an NWA Southwest/Panhandle Wrestling Federation event in Amarillo, TX Faith def. Griffin for the title by winning a 4-Corner Elimination Match that also included Brad Michaels and Kevin Douglas. NWA-OK ran its last event on June 11, 2011

Women's Championship

La Reina def. Starr to become the inaugural champion. She vacated the title on October 2, 2010 when she won the NWA World Women's Title from Tasha Simone in Altus, OK.

The LONRs (Mark Sterling & Darrien Sanders) in the finals of a tournament to become inaugural champions The titles were declared vacant on July 24, 2009 due to a wrist injury suffered by Thomas Trump. A. T. F. def. Aerial Assault (Montego Seeka & Kyote Joe) for the vacant titles. A.T. F. were stripped of the titles prior to September 17, 2010 for failing to defend them. Aerial Assault def. Excellence Personified (Michael Barry & Lars Manderson) by DQ for the vacant titles. NWA-OK ran its last event on June 11, 2011.

Universal Heavyweight Championship

Albright won the title from Rocco Valentino on May 19, 2007 and was the last NWA-U Universal Heavyweight Champion. He was recognized as NWA-OK Universal Heavyweight Champion when the company reopened on May 31, 2008 back under the NWA Oklahoma name. Albright unified this title with the NWA-OK Oklahoma Title on June 13, 2008. The title was then discontinued.

X Division Championship

Hardaway def. X-Cal in the final match of a 10-Man Gauntlet to become the inaugural champion. On April 16, 2005 NWA Oklahoma was renamed NWA Universal. The title was not reinstated when the company reopened on May 31, 2008 back under the NWA Oklahoma name.

Oklahoma Light Heavyweight Championship
