- Reed def. Michael H to become the inaugural champion
- Valdez def. Reed for the title in the last segment of a Gauntlet match. Reed had defeated Kidd Riggs, The King of Agony and Michael H previously before losing to Valdez.
- Gene Valdez was stripped of the title on November 19, 2010 after failing to defend at 2 prior shows. Michael H def. Ryan Reed for the vacant title at the Hillbilly Wrestling Alliance event in Springdale, AR.
- On December 4, Michael defended the title against Gene Valdez and Ryan Reed in a Triple Threat/Last Man Standing Match and none of the participants were able to answer the 10-count. The title was held up after the match. Mr. Big won a Dogwood Battle Royal to claim the vacant title
