  16. Nitro cashed in his NAW Openweight Title during a match between The Original Renegade and Mike Gunnz, making it an impromptue Triple Threat Match. According to a pre-match stipulation, Mike Gunnz was fired from NAW because he didn't win the match

  2. Manico cashed the title in for an opportunity at the NAW Title on September 9, 2023. Gunns def. Jett Jolley for the vacant title.
  3. Gunnz cashed in the title on December 18th, 2023 to secure a NAW Title match at the January NAW event. J.R. Orullian won a Battle Royal for the vacant title.
  4. Orullian cashed the title in on May 11, 2024 to challenge Marlboro Slim for the NAW Title. Duplanti def. Thunderhawk for the vacant title.
  5. Duplanti cashed in the title on September 7, 2024 during a title match between Tim Bean and Rez Dawg. The Original Renegade won a Battle Royal for the vacant title.
  6. Renegade cashed in the title on March 8, 2025 during an NAW Title match between Tim Bean and Mike Gunnz. Sgt. Todd def. Sgt. Hartman in a tournament final for the vacant title.
  7. Sgt. Todd declared that both he and Sgt. Hartman, as The Military Express, were co-champions.
  8. The Military Express cashed in the title on June 14th to win the NAW Tag Team Titles. Nitro def. Mini-Thunder for the vacant Title.

  2. TCM def. Pretty In Pink for the titles in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match that also included The Orullian Brothers (J. R. Orullian & Brendan Orullian)
  3. Adams & Wolf def. The TCM in a 6-man tag where all the NAW Titles were on the line
  4. On August 9, 2014, Tim Bean & Hurricane Ross def. The Perfect Pistols, but because Ross was substituting for Mike Rose, the titles were not allowed to change hands and were held up. Orullian & Wolf def. Ross & Bean for the vacant titles.
  5. Since Billy Ray was already NAW Champion, he gave his half of the championship to Running Wolf, as a reward for Wolf betraying Orullian and joining the TCM.
  6. Stephen Nitro disguised himself as The Unknown during the course of the title defense and unmasked himself after the match was over.
  7. Rolling Thunder was not medically cleared to compete sometime after the February NAW event. NAW management allowed Bean to pick a replacement partner and he chose Reed.
  8. On August 12, 2017, Reed & Bean split and the titles were stripped from them. Smooth & Sinizter def. The Trenchcoat Mafia (Ryan Reed & Dennis Williams) for the vacant titles.
  9. Blue Thunder & The Unknown def. Smooth & Sinizter in a Triple Threat Match that also included Fuel & Dusty Gold
  10. Ross & Manico def. Wolf in a Handicap Match for the titles.
  11. When NAW returned after the pandemic for shows in 2021, the tag team titles had been vacated. DDE def. Ryan Reed & Michael Duplanti, The Texas Outlaws and Rolling Thunder & Marlboro Slim in a Fatal 4-Way Match for the vacant titles
  12. In August 2024, Gunnz & Nitro began using Speeding Bullet as their team name.
  13. The Texas Outlaws were stripped of the titles due to multiple confrontations with NAW Commission Rolling Thunder and refusing to defend the titles. Simply Old School won a Battle Royal for the vacant titles.
