Knight vacated the title on January 16, 2024 when he quit the company. Padge def. Athan Sorrow for the vacant title. The company ran its last event on March 14, 2025.

Knight def. Tego to become the inaugural champion Logan Knight exercised the "Flawless Option" on June 16, 2023, trading the MajCW Flawless Title in exchange for a MajCW Title opportunity at the next event. After vacating the title, Lucian Loveless picked the title up from the ring and claimed to be the Flawless Champion, but that was never officially recognised by MajCW management. Punk Synister won a Battle Royal for the vacant title. At the August 11th event, MajCW owner Oscar Amazing announced that the Flawless Title could be cashed in at any time for a MajCW Title match. Romeo Reese relenquished the title sometime after January 22, 2024. Warhawk def. Brandon Groom and Luther Zay Diamond in a Triple Threat Match for the vacant title The company ran its last event on March 14, 2025.

Farat pinned the MajCW promoter at an NCWO event when the promoter was there carrying the title to scout talent. MajCW management decided to acknowledge Farat as the first official champion as a result of this. Nashoba def. Skidz in a Title-vs-Title match where the MajCW Title was also on the line. O'Shea vacated the title on September 11, 2023, due to being unable to make a scheduled title defence at Suckermania on September 30, 2023. MajCW owner Oscar Amazing awarded the title to Nashoba as a gift. Groom def. Nibira for the title in a Fatal 4-Way that also involved The Lunchador and Giganto On October 27, 2023, this title was unifed with the Native American Title to become the MajCW 24/7 On Call Native American Title. Lunchador was the last 24/7 On Call Native American Champion when the company reopened on July 19th 2024. They split the 24/7 and Native American Titles and Lunchador was recognised as the 24/7 champion. Shade def. Hendrix for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Nashoba Shade relequished the title to Oscar after leaving the sport, mistakenly believing that he was still the owner of MajCW The company ran its last event on March 14, 2025 but this title change occurred under 24/7 rules after the final event before the company announced its closure. The title was retired upon Kincaid's death on March 22, 2026
