  4. The Rebel Hearts def. The Psychotic Messengers for the titles in a Triple Threat Match that also included The Saints of Pro Wrestling (Scott Sanders & Shawn Sanders).
  5. The Psychotic Messengers def. Justin Grey & Father Padge (substituting for Christian Temple) for the titles in a Triple Threat Elimination Tag Team Match that also involved The Change
  6. X-Rated (Kevin Sanchez & Shane Sanchez) def. The Psychotic Messengers for the titles in a 2-Fall/Triple Threat Match that also involved Team Boner. Additionally, the AIWF Tag Team Titles were also at stake. EPW management allowed X-Rated member Ozzy Hendrix to be recognised as a co-champion as well.
  7. The Psychotic Messengers def. X-Rated for the titles in a Fatal 4-Way match that also involved The Saints of Pro Wrestling (Scott Sanders & Shawn Sanders) and Native Law (Sheriff Schultz & Nashoba).
  8. Scott Sanders had been injured during a match earlier in the week of August 17th. Marlboro Slim was chosen to substitute for Scott in this title defence.
  9. The Psychotic Messengers won the EPW Tag Team Titles in a Tag Team Turmoil Match that also involved The Saints of Pro Wrestling, The Super Crash Brothers, TRAP and the International Fight Club. The Messengers def. The IFC to win the belts.
  10. Titles held up November 15, 2025 following a Double Dog Collar Match featuring T. R. A. P. vs. The Psychotic Messengers (Malachi the Mad & Lucian Loveless) ended in a Double Pin. The Psycholtic Messengers def. T.R.A.P. in a Handicap Match for the vacant titles. The titles were declared vacant on April 17, 2026 when the Messengers split up as a team.

  1. On January 19, 2022, MLP found the old MSWA Mid-South Title belt in the "Lost and Found" area of the VFW where EPW runs their shows. He claimed the belt and rechristened it the EPW International Title.
  2. Malachi vacated the title to concentrate on tag team wrestling. Sweet Cakes def. Tyler Watts for the vacant title.
  3. The Wolf of War was stripped of the title on December 26, 2023 after suffering an injury at the November EPW event that rendered him unable to defend the title. Bryson def. Trench Blythe for the vacant title
  4. Tank Bryson was stripped of the title on June 15th, 2024 after suffering a shoulder injury the previous week at a WAH event and being deemed unable to compete. Blythe def. Billie the Kiid for the vacant title
  5. Gallardo def. E-Bone for the title in a Russian Chain Match
  6. El Gallardo was stripped of the title sometimes between September 14th & September 19th, 2025 due to failing to appear for title defences. Vane def. Cardinal Betten for the title. The title was then unified with the EPW All-American Title on November 15, 2025 and the International Title was retired.
