  2. Cox was stripped of the title for failing to appear at a mandatory title defense. Moore def. Brian Breaker in the finals of a tournament for the title.
  3. Warhammer def. Moore for the title at a non-BPPW event. Warhammer's manager, Billy Joe Bronie, made this announcement to the fans at the BPPW event on January 11, 2014.
  4. BPPW shut down from June 2014 until December 2015. Groom was recognized as the champion upon their reopening. The title was phased out prior to February 11, 2017 when the company crowned the inaugural BPPW Oklahoma Champion.
