Ricky Morton jailed again for failure to pay child support

Posted: Sep 20th 2007 By: mikeiles

From the Official Internet home of Rock and Roll Express Ricky Morton
(RickyMorton.net):

Ricky Morton was arrested Tuesday morning while camping with his kids. As some know and some do not know, Ricky owes $63,000 to his 1st wife for back child support and the state of Tennessee believes that if you owe Child support they lock you up in jail until you can come up with the cash and if Ricky is in jail he can not be on the road entertaining all his fans he loves to entertain.

If anyone would be willing to donate any money to help his legal fees that are $2,000 it would be appreciated if you donate $15 or more you will receive a personalized 8x10 photo of Ricky as soon as he is released from jail. If you still want to buy the phone call you can but there will be a hopefully short delay in him calling you. Also ordering DVDS will go straight to paying Ricky's legal fees.

From Brian Tramel of RasslinRiotOnline.com

I got more news on Ricky Morton this morning. Apparently the full amount owed is $64,900. He owes his lawyers $1600 from last time in. He was not arrested while camping with his kids as it has been reported everywhere, but he was picked up at 6 am at his mom's house in Nashville. He had missed many towns last few weeks because they were looking for him. This is the 8th time since 96 he has been picked up for this. Judge told him last time he is in until it?s paid in full. So, it might be a long time before we see Morton wrestling again.

Damn, why can?t the WWE give this guy a job and an advance!!!
