King Kong Bundy Had Four Cats & They Need New Homes

The late King Kong Bundy may have been a monster of a man, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t an animal lover. The wrestling legend’s untimely passing caused the unfortunate matter of having his four cats put in an shelter and up for adoption. The Cherry Hill Courier-Post out of Cherry Hill, NJ has an article about Bundy’s four felines: Stewie, 8, Paige, 10, and senior cat Pat who is 15 were taken to the Gloucester County Animal Shelter when Bundy passed. The fourth cat, Gio, 4, was adopted and the process will go through later today.
According to the article, Bundy (real name Christopher Pallies) owned 10 cats and Purrfect Angels Cat Rescue founder Suzanne Pomeroy said that “This was really a big part of his life.”
The shelter is offering discounts to a home willing to adopt the cats together and had the following to say about Bundy’s fur buddies below:
“Stewie misses his daddy a lot, but he’s doing the best to keep his spirits up until he finds a new human to love,” the post continued.
Paige is “sad and lonely” at the county’s Clayton facility, the shelter indicated in another post.
Pomeroy also had the following to say about Bundy’s kind animal heart after Gio was adopted:
“I think King Kong Bundy loved him very much,” she said.
“We knew from processing his application he was a very serious cat lover. We knew (Gio) was going to be well-loved and well-cared for with King Kong Bundy.”
You can apply for adoption capabilities at both shelters by doing the following:
