Johnny Impact got some help from two fellow Survivor: David vs. Goliath stars Sunday night during his Homecoming match against Brian Cage. Season 37 winner Nick and another contestant, Davie, both got involved, with Davie also getting a big shove from Cage that sent him flying. Both Survivor cast mates were on Johnny Impact's opposing tribe originally but they all ended up playing together for a few days after the merge during their days in Fiji. After winning the match and retaining the title, the champ went to celebrate with both Nick and Davie who were at ringside for the show. Survivor: David vs. Goliath was filmed between March and May last year and aired between September and December. Impact, using his real name of John Hennigan, was the seventh one voted out on day 22 and the second jury member.

This week there are four WWE Hidden Gems: Billy Robinson vs. Ray Stevens (AWA, 9/13/81), Les Thornton vs. Gerald Brisco for the World Junior Heavyweight championship (Florida, 9/13/81), Davey Boy Smith and the Hart Brothers vs. J.R. Foley’s army (Stampede, 10/9/81) and Pete Dunne vs. Mark Andrews for the WWE UK title (NXT live event, 6/8/17)

WWE Network Hidden Gems has uploaded Jerry Lawler & Greg Gagne vs. Riki Choshu & Masa Saito from May 14, 1988. Choshu & Saito were originally to face Shawn Michaels & Marty Jannetty on that show, except Michaels & Jannetty quit the promotion to join WWF one month earlier.

Oklafan extends condolences to Karnage, whose grandmother passed away January 5th

Curt Gannon has a pinched sciatic nerve on the right side and a torn tendon near his let hip. He is expected to be out of action for a few weeks.

Colt Killbane injured his knee during the HTH Challenge match at the WFC event in Canadian, OK. It is unknown at this time how extensive the injury is and how long he will have to be out.
