Nytronis A’Teo made the following announcement on his Facebook page last week: "I have an announcement to make... And a rather difficult one, at that.. I've dealt with the Denial. Ive dealt with the Anger and Emotions that followed. And now, I've accepted it. Due to Medical issues I have been dealing with, my Doctor has not cleared me to defend my KWA Heartland Championship title at the KC Kyng Memorial. I will have to undergo Sugery and I will be unable to Wrestle for some time afterwards. The KWA Heartland Championship is the Crown Jewel and the Kansas Wrestling Alliance needs a Champion who will be able to Fight and Defend the Prestige that is the Kansas Wrestling Alliance Heartland Championship. With that in mind, I have chosen to vacate the KWA Heartland Championship title. While I cannot say, with certainty, when I'll be able to return at this time.. But I WILL be back. I will be Stronger. I will be Faster. I will be even BETTER than before. I will climb the rungs of the Ladder, one by one, and reclaim my KWA Heartland title once again. I pray that the memory of KC Kyng be honored to the fullest at the upcoming KC Kyng Memorial.. I pray that the Kansas Wrestling Alliance continue to strive in the time to come. Much Love and Respect to everyone in the KWA Aiga. O le a ou vaʻaia oe. I'll see you soon.” Oklafan wishes him a speedy recovery.
