Halo makes a shocking return to SRPW

When SRPW announced their 3rd Anniversary show would feature an Invitational Battle Royal opened to any former SRPW wrestler, there was a lot of speculation. Could Brent Albright, who competed in SRPW as both Vinnie Valentino and Slater Vain, get a weekend off from Ohio Valley Wrestling and make the trek to Ponca City? Would Dexter Hardaway, who had been wrestling in TPW as of late, be in attendance? What about Timmy J? Could he use the Battle Royal to continue his feud with Cade Sydal? There were so many possibilities, but there was one man in the Battle Royal that probably shocked many wrestling fans.
Halo, formerly one-half of the tag team The Forsaken with his brother Michael Faith, was most recently TPW Tag Team Champions with Faith, but left the organization during the championship reign, prompting Faith into replacing him with Justin Lee. It had been reported that Lee replaced Halo due to a head injury.
Halo fared rather well in his return to SRPW. He was the last person eliminated in the Battle Royal and then in the first match after intermission, he defeated Bobby Dalton, one-half of the SRPW Tag Team Champions. In the match against Dalton, Halo wrestled with much more agression than ususal. He also refused to let Keebler check him at the start of the match.
While Halo has not had the singles success of his brother, together as The Forsaken, they were one of the most decorated tag teams in Oklahoma wrestling winning the Mid-South Tag Team Titles three times, the OCW Tag Team Titles, and the TPW Titles in their illustrious careers. Should Halo plan on staying in SRPW and finds a tag team partner it could strengthen the tag team ranks in the fed and keep Beau & Bobby Dalton on their toes and looking over the shoulders.
