SWCW Management released a statement informing fans that all future SWCW shows have been postponed due to a legal suit against the company. Details about the suit have not been released but sources revealed that the suit was instigated by Corporate America. Corporate America Se?or Vice President Ray Martinez and several unnamed legal representatives were mentioned in the papers that brought about the lawsuit against SWCW. No details have been released in regards to the contents of the suit. When asked about the pending lawsuit Mr. Martinez stated, "What can I say? I shut down one company now its time to do it again."
SWCW Management released a statement that said, "The company is not in any danger of being shut down. The charges are false and are simply Corporate America's attempt to gain power, money, and attention to themselves. We are taking a break from running shows to focus on expanding the territory and making sure Corporate America has no further reasons to file false charges."
Reportedly SWCW Commissioner Mike Iles' name has come up several times in the lawsuit due to his alleged disdain for Talon and his double entendre' sexual innuendos . Iles has been unable to be contacted since the announcement was released.
