Bad blood between fed owners takes on a new twist

IZW developed itself a nice niche in Oklahoma wrestling running shows in the southern part of Oklahoma mainly in the Lawton area. When they announced that they were leaving Lawton for Oklahoma City, that ruffled a few feathers. When IZW invaded MSWA, it created a hatred between MSWA owner Bad Boy Mike Crawford and IZW owner John Zorthos.

On July 8th, Impact, Inc., comprising of Zorthos, Bernie Donderwitz, MSWA Oklahoma Champion Aaron Neil & MSWA Mid-South Champion Brad Michaels defeated Ryan Davidson, John O'Malley (who ironically holds the IZW Impact Division Title), Crawford, and his MSWA Mid-South Tag Team Championship partner Outlaw in a Loser-Leaves-Town Elimination Match. Crawford quickly found a loophole and acted upon it. Since the match took place in Midwest City, he would have to leave the town of Midwest City, but he could set up shop in Oklahoma City which technically could have been anywhere across the street to the north. He did find himself a new building on southwest Penn in Oklahoma City. Crawford thought he had the ace up his sleeve.

The problem was Zorthos, a native of Las Vegas, had a full house ready for Crawford. On July 22nd, when it came time for Crawford to sign over the Golden Goose Flea Market venue to Zorthos and IZW, he failed to read the fineprint. After Crawford signed the contract, he announced that MSWA would continue at the former YMCA on southwest Penn Ave. Then Zorthos revealed that Crawford had signed away his new venue, not the Golden Goose. He finished by saying Crawford was invited to IZW's first weekly show at the building he dubbed "Mike Crawford's Impact Arena". This infurated Bad Boy who attacked Zorthos. It was then just a matter of a numbers game. Zorthos, who was backed by the entire Impact Inc. group (Michaels, Neil, Donderwitz, and Gary Tool) got the upper hand mostly due to Crawford coming to the ring with only Outlaw. Eventually MSWA Security broke up the fight.

During intermission, Zorthos was still fuming over the Crawford attack. Impact Inc. setup a massage for Zorthos to calm his nerves. As the massage therapist worked on Zorthos, Crawford quietly walked in the room and took over the massage then attacked Zorthos a second time until Impact Inc. ran Crawford out.

Later, Crawford threw Zorthos through the curtain entrance and continued his attack on Zorthos. He delivered a DDT to the cement floor on Zorthos until Impact Inc. came out and demanded security break it up. Security broke it up alright. They handcuffed both Zorthos and Crawford and escorted them out different exits.

The bad blood between Crawford and Zorthos runs deep. I don't think either one will be inviting the other out for coffee anytime soon. IZW has formally invited all of MSWA to The Impact Arena for IZW's first weekly show. Two members of Impact Inc. hold MSWA titles, and they will be defended with Michaels defending against John O'Malley. Will Crawford and his MSWA compatriots show up to spoil IZW's party?
