Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka Ruled Mentally Incompetent; Won't Stand Trial For 1983 Murder
Posted: Jun 1st 2016 By: TMZ.com
WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka has been ruled mentally incompetent and will therefore not stand trial for the 1983 murder of his ex-girlfriend Nancy Argentino.
Argentino died following an alleged altercation with Snuka in her hotel room before a wrestling match in 1983.
The judge heard from Sunka's legal team who argued he has the early onset of dementia and his wife said he can't pick his car out of the parking lot or will randomly cook chicken at 2 AM.
The judge was convinced enough and believed Snuka has not been faking being mentally incompetent.
Sunka will be re-evaluated in December, if his mental state does not improve the case will not move forward.
