JR's Blog: Marc Mero on Ross Report, RAW/Brooklyn Feedback,Taz Show, HOBDallas Tkts Scarce, Wrestlecon Friday

It's Wrestlemania week everybody! Jacked to hit Dallas running and deliver the goods at the Dallas House of Blues Saturday at 4pm and 11 pm plus Monday night after RAW. A limited number of standing room only tickets are available at ticketmaster.com and the box office at the House of Blues. Please join us if you can.

RAW/Brooklyn..the live audience picked their spots to be sure throughout the 3 hour marathon. I felt bad for the 6 man tag with IC Title and company and the live audience seemed to disconnect early in the process. That was unfortunate or all involved including us watching at home. The show as a whole seemed to lack some spark/sizzle considering tt was the last RAW shot before Sunday's Wrestlemania Texas extravaganza at AT&T Stadium. Perhaps I simply had a long day and it was,

Shane/Taker content was enjoyable to watch and they gave the audience a hearty sample of what we're likely to see Sunday night. I still say that these two will exceed expectations in their human demolition derby. I think Taker will win but WWE could throw a curve ball at everyone too. How intriguing would this match have been if Taker was still undefeated at Wrestlemania's? Today, Taker's loss to Lesnar means what??

Loved the spirit that HHH, Stephanie and Reigns had in their scenes together but getting the audience to cheer Roman Reigns isn't simply going to happen any time soon so why continue to go against the grain? Wth that 'over statement of the obvious' being said, it appears to me that WWE/McMahon is sitting ripe and ready to add a 'swerve' to the equation Sunday. The setting is perfect for a double turn, etc including Mr McMahon involvement.

@HeymanHustle did a stellar job of verbalizing the Lesnar-Ambrose match which should be fun to watch. The near falls from Ambrose on Brock could really be good. This match will likely be gimmicked out...oh, my!

Buyer Beware: Inanimate Objects can cause blood loss.

The women's title scenario has lost some spark the past couple of weeks or so it seems. I'm still thinking that the three way, hmm..interesting term, will be excellent if the three women tell a logical story and don't force their go to move sets into the match. Plus, they need 10-15 minutes bell to bell.

I'd put the IC Title Ladder match on first and close with the WWE Title bout and after last night it should come as no surprise that the WWE Title contest is going to close the show and not the HIAC.

Does Eva Marie have heel heat or is it actually 'go away' heat? Time will tell and I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt until she gets a few more chances. If she can execute as a true villain, she has the chance to be special personality. I'm being serious.

All WWE Titles except for the primary championship, HHH's WWE Title, are tepid. Hopefully WM32 will add some much needed spark to these championships. I can't recall the last time that this many titles were this luke warm going into Wrestlemania.

This will likely be known as the Wrestlemania that injuries destroyed. Or, should it be known as the Wrestlemania that was laden with injuries and creative wasn't able to bail them out? Straight up this I know, unless you've actually been there to get a bad booking/creative hand dealt to you, its hard to fully understand how many people that one injury, much less three or four injures, has on the product.

Excited to hopefully attend the NXT show Friday night. This might be the best, pure wrestling show of the weekend.

Happy to be at Wrestlecon this Friday for Headlock on Hunger from 10 am- 1 pm.

Really proud for Taz as he has a major opportunity to ace a three hour, live radio broadcast on the CBS Radio Network this Sunday night at 11 pm ET/10 CT and signing off at 2 am ET. Honored to be invited to be a guest so plan on checking out the show. Nothing can go wrong...it's live! This is really big for the pro wresting business and isn't getting enough press from the IWC. Congrats, Taz and thanks for inviting me along on the ride.

Tonight one of our most compelling podcasts drops with the first time appearance of @MarcMero, It's a helluva show and it drops at 9pm ET on podcastone.com, iTunes and here on the homepage of our site. You'll really like this show.

Have a great day! Thanks for joining us.
