JR's Blog: Ross Report Podcast News, WWE Roadblock, @URshowtv, @SnoopDogg in HOF??

Greetings and thanks for stopping by our site. Big weekend coming up as I'm planning on being in Phoenix to broadcast the most unique PPV that I will ever been a part of with www.urshow.tv Sunday at the Celebrity Theater. Pro Wrestling, Boxing, MMA and more all on one insane show. Hit the www.urshow.tv site and get all the info.

The Nevada State Athletic commission postponed our CBS Sports Network fight card, that was to happen at The D Hotel in Las Vegas, due to some paperwork issues. Those matters have been addressed and corrected which will allow us to move forward with our April fight card. More info coming soon but the monthly, boxing specials are a "Go!"

Ross Report Podcast news...Hacksaw Jim Duggan is up right now with Gary Michael Capetta on deck for Tuesday night at 9 pm ET on podastone.com and iTunes. Plus, tonight (Monday) I'm catching up with Mickie James for the first time on our show for a Podcast that will drop next week. If you have questions use #AskJimRoss on Twitter @JRsBBQ.

Week Three of our AXSTV broadcast of New Japan Pro Wrestling with air this Friday night at 9/8 CT. Join Josh Barnett and me for the best, one hour pro wrestling show on TV.

Enjoyed attending the Invicta MMA card while I was Vegas Friday night. Women's MMA is a fun product to follow.

WWE Roadblock was on my iPad in my hotel room in Vegas at the D Hotel & Casino. Seemed like a solid show with the in ring product being the focus. I can't single out any matches, sorry to some of you, OK, only kidding, that were not good. I never thought WWE was going to reshuffle their booking of WM32 and they didn't. Neither would I. HHH vs Reigns is on and the challenger will perform before a hostile crowd, obviously in Dallas, which will create a unique dynamic for the fan favorite attempting to become the top dog in the company at the biggest show of the year. I'm anxious to see how this plays out at AT&T Stadium on Sunday April 3. It wont' be merely another night at the office.

Not sure why New Day are still positioned as villains when the fans love them and enjoy cheering for them. One has to assume that a change in jersey color awaits the charismatic trio.

Hats off the Nattie and Charlotte for a really good outing in the women's match Saturday night.

Happy for Enzo and Big Cass, two of my favorite talents in NXT, for their work on the Roadblock show. This duo has excellent chemistry and will seemingly soon be on the primary roster one has to think after Wrestlemania.

Lesnar and Heyman had a strong night as Brock continues to be the most 'over' talent in WWE. Anxious to see how Ambrose fares with Lesnar in Texas. I'd submit that their match will be excellent.

Sami Zayn is organically over in a big way. Let's hope that the WWE brass are observant and Zayn's lack of 'size' isn't a deterrent. .

HHH vs Ambrose was a damn solid main event with HHH the overwhelming fan favorite, specifically for HHH allegedly being positioned a the heel, and that isn't going to change between now and Wrestlemania. Ambrose got his 'pops' too.

Wrestlemania's lay of the land certainly is shaping up to where a non headlining match can potentially steal the show.

WWE is sitting the table for RAW to be a major hit tonight from Pittsburgh. Lots of talents are booked and with Roman Reigns likely to re-emerge tonight on a show that has the chance to add needed momentum to Wrestlemania Texas. Curious to see what they book in the dreaded third hour.

Tickets for our three RINGSIDE with Jim Ross and Friends shows in Dallas at the House of Blues are getting very scarce at www.ticketmaster.com. There are still tickets available but they look like they will be sold out come their respective show times.

I will be appearing at Wrestlecon in Dallas for the first time on Friday April 1 from 10am-1pm in a fundraising effort for Headlock on Hunger.

Remember to download the FITE TV App for FREE if you are a fan of pro wrestling, MMA and Boxing.

While it is heartwarming and a 'feel good' sentiment from many fans on Twitter who want me to join Jerry Lawler at Wrestlemania Texas, it isn't on anyone's radar and WWE has multiple, talented broadcasters awaiting their opportunity to broadcast the bouts at Wrestlemania. I am not boycotting WWE whatsoever but why would they bring me back to call a match at the biggest show of the year when they have so many announce talents on hand and ready to work? They have moved on as have I.

WWE has reached out to me to appear at AXXESS which is appreciated.

Rumors have it that Snoop Dogg may be honored at the WWE HOF which might result in one of the most entertaining acceptance speeches of the night. Would Sasha Banks induct her relative? Again, these are rumors that haven't been confirmed but if true, I like it.
