Rutgers to host WWE legend Mick Foley for fan event

WWE legend Mick Foley will make an appearance at a fan event at Rutgers on Wednesday, reports Scout.com?s Sam Hellman.
Foley, 50, will visit the RAC in Piscataway, N.J. during the Scarlet Knights? matchup against Big Ten foe Illinois. The four-time world wrestling champion will also take part in a meet and greet following the game.
A WWE Hall of Famer, Foley has been a frequent visitor of the RAC for over 30 years.
?You?re talking about a state where I?ve wrestled many times, where I?ve traveled to see games many times I went to Nets games in Piscataway when they were changing arenas,? Foley said. ?I always root for the Scarlet Knights when I hear they?re playing.?
Foley retired from professional wrestling in 2000.
