Former Tulsa Deputy Appears In Court

A former Tulsa County deputy faced a judge Friday on a murder charge.
Warren Crittenden, who signed an affidavit saying reserve deputy Robert Bates? training records were falsified, went before a judge to decide if he would face a trial by jury.
He was arrested in Januar for the murder of Michael Owens. Three others were arrested and charged in same death.
FOX23?s Angela Hong was the only reporter in the room.
She said Crittenden testified that he was kidnapped from the Catoosa Hard Rock Casino by a friend of a friend. He said he was forced to go along to a robbery where Owens was ultimately killed.
He also said he was not offered a chance to testify against the other three men charged in that murder.
