WWE officials have changed their mind on A. J. Styles, as they have some interest in bringing him in now when before they didn?t. It should be noted that while their interest level has changed, nothing is expected to happen any time soon because Styles is under contract to New Japan Pro Wrestling until the end of this year.

WWE will release ?The Monday Night War Vol. 1: Shots Fired? on DVD and Blu-ray on July 7th, which is from the WWE Network series. The release will come as a four-disc DVD set and a three-disc Blu-ray set. After each episode, there will be segments, hosted by Renee Young, with Sting and Triple H giving their thoughts.

Gerald Brisco was working with some talents at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL on June 4th.

Ric Flair is only booked for the NXT live event in Columbus, OH on June 13th but not the June 11th event in Pittsburgh, PA.

Ric Flair and girlfriend Wendy were backstage at the Jimmy Buffett concert in Atlanta, GA on June 2nd.

Ric Flair attended Game 4 of the NBA Finals in Cleveland, OH on June 11th to support LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers as they face the Golden State Warriors. Apparently James recently invited Flair to one of the games. Flair tweeted the following to James on June 4th, "@KingJames, win these first three games so when I come to Cleveland for game 4 it's the knock out punch. Make it happen! WOOOOO!" Unfortunately for Flair, James and the Cavaliers lost Game 1.

Bill Goldberg returned to a wrestling ring Sunday night at the "Legends of Wrestling" show at the New York Mets Citi Field stadium in Corona, NY. Goldberg was on hand with other wrestlers such as Ric Flair, Bret Hart, Scott Steiner, Rob Van Dam, and many others for the show. The event was hosted by Metropolitan Hospitality, the event and hospitality company for the New York Mets, making it the first pro wrestling event at Citi Field. Goldberg got physical in the ring and delivered a spear to Scott Steiner in the ring. Actually he bulldozed through Steiner. Graham Matthews of WrestleRant tweeted "Goldberg SPEARS Scott Steiner! Popped hearing his music for the first time. AWESOME. #LegendsOfWrestling".

The New York Mets sent out an e-mail blast to their season ticket holders with every seat for that show slashed by 50% in price. They just started promoting the show during the Mets game last Wednesday night mentioning Ric Flair, Bret Hart, Bill Goldberg, Rob Van Dam, Lita, The Nasty Boys (Brian Knobbs & Jerry Sags), Matt Sydal, Tommy Dreamer, and Jim Duggan. They ran the show in a 45,000 seat stadium.

Terry Funk had to pull out of a match in Japan because he was in rough shape following a lengthy battle with viral pneumonia. Funk has made a strong recovery in the past week and will be attending a fundraiser on June 11th in Tampa, FL with stars from the old Championship Wrestling territory in Florida.

Former pro wrestler Blackjack Mulligan has started a GoFundMe.com campaign to help him purchase a handicap van. He is looking to raise $20,000. He is the father of Barry Windham. To view his campaign, click here.

Jim Ross, Edge and Beth Phoenix will appear Wednesday at Ingles Store #7 on Tunnel Rd. in Asheville, NC for "Headlock on Hunger" and the local food drive.

Jim Cornette has signed a deal with Figures Toy Company for a Legends of Pro Wrestling action figure. Cornette, New Jack, and Mikey Whipwreck were the latest names announced by the company, which is also producing the Ring of Honor action figures line.

All licenses issued by the Oklahoma Athletic Commission will expire on June 30th and you will need to renew. In addition, all wrestling licenses being purchased must also have a blood test for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV.
