Bill Apter of 1Wrestling.com spoke with Lanny Poffo about WWE inducting his brother ?The Macho Man? Randy Savage into the 2015 Hall of Fame class. Poffo mentioned how he said before that he wouldn?t budge on Savage?s Hall of Fame induction unless the whole family was inducted, which Savage apparently wanted. Poffo felt that he shouldn?t punish the fans any more and let WWE go ahead with the induction. Poffo talked about how Savage loved the fans. Poffo said he?s not ashamed for making the decision. Hulk Hogan, who will be inducting Randy Savage into the WWE Hall of Fame said he talked to Savage?s brother Lanny Poffo and everything is the way Poffo wants them for the family. Hogan posted on Twitter "Just talked to Lanny,things are exactly the way he wants them for the Poffo family and Randy,only love HH".

Jim Ross wrote a piece on "Macho Man" Randy Savage?s induction into the WWE Hall of Fame as his latest work for FoxSports.com. Ross discussed the time he met Randy Savage for the first time at the "WrestleMania IX" weekend in Las Vegas, NV and how they were never great friends, or even friends at all. Ross described how Savage didn?t really like him even at the broadcast booth even though he got the nod from Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan. Ross however said that he?s proud to have worked with Savage and although he never understood him, he regrets not having a sit down with him. ?The WWE got it right and Randy Savage is going into the WWE Hall of Fame, where Randy?s spirit has resided since his passing,? he wrote. Dana Warrior, the wife of the late Ultimate Warrior, and her two kids Indiana and Mattigan, were present at Monday Night Raw last night in New Orleans, Louisiana. ?Bittersweet to be back in New Orleans but so special to finish the DVD here. Loving the chance to see our WWE family,? Dana wrote on the @UltimateWarrior Twitter account. The DVD she is referring to is the new Warrior DVD that the company is producing which will be released later this year. The family were also presented with the Slammy Award for the Surprise Return of the Year which the fans voted for the Ultimate Warrior. Triple H wrote that he was thrilled that he and Stephanie McMahon were able to present the Slammy to the Warrior family prior to the show and also posted a photo of Dana holding the statue. Paul Heyman also tweeted about the Warrior family, writing, ?Although it was only for a brief moment, I was honored to find out what a genuinely #ClassAct @UltimateWarrior's children are tonight!?

Jerry Lawler will begin calling SmackDown with Michael Cole and Byron Saxton this week and the new RAW announce team will be Cole, JBL, and Booker T. Apparently WWE officials have wanted to remove Lawler from RAW for a while now. Officials reportedly wanted to take Lawler off RAW for a long time but figured they couldn?t after he had the heart attack. The new SmackDown relaunch is giving them the chance to make that change.

Jerry Lawler posted on Twitter this past weekend about going from RAW to SmackDown commentary. He posted "Excited to bring my brand of levity and excitement to @WWESmackDown on Thursdays with @MichaelCole & @ByronSaxton".

Former WWE Creative Writer Andrew Goldstein, has published a new column at PWMania.com. Goldstein fantasy books WWE WrestleMania 31. In the article, Goldstein books Sting vs. Triple H. He said "In the absence of the Undertaker?s physical ability to ever wrestle again (Speculation based on the last pic of the Deadman to circulate on the internet where he looked like my 65-year old, Uncle Joel), and even if it is against a dusty old Buick like Sting ? chasing a Wrestlemania moment before he ascends back into the rafters for retirement ? I say, ?sure, why not?? They planted the seed at Survivor Series well enough. Might as well pay it off. And who better than HHH to give Sting his long-awaited and even longer-overdue first and last WWE match?
