Jerry Lawler Hospitalized
Posted: Jan 2nd 2015 By: Memphis Wrestling News
Memphis Wrestling Legend, WWE announcer and Hall of Famer Jerry "The King" Lawler unfortunately spent the new year in the hospital.
Lawler has been receiving in-patient treatment for diverticulitis over the past several days, and is expected to remain in hospital for several more.
If you aren't familiar with diverticulitis, it's the ailment that caused Brock Lesnar to have a section of his colon removed several years ago. Symptoms include abdominal pain, fever, vomiting and diarrhea.
Memphis Wrestling News will keep you updated on his progress. Please join us in wishing The King a speedy recovery.
