WrestlingDVDNews.com reports that the format for WWE?s ?True Giants? DVD that comes out in December has changed. Instead of individual bios on each talent featured, there will now be more of a straight up documentary with bonus matches as extras. Among the matches on the DVD are:

-Andre the Giant vs. Kamala (WWF; Steel Cage Match; October 21, 1984)
-Vader vs. Ric Flair & Arn Anderson (WCW; Handicap Match; August 1, 1995)

Jeff Jarrett and Scott D'Amore have already left for New Japan Pro Wrestling's "Power Struggle" pay-per-view event which will be Saturday in Osaka, Japan.

Jim Ross appeared last week on ESPN's 30 for 30 film "Brian and The Boz" which was about former University of Oklahoma linebacker Brian Bosworth. Ross was friends with Bosworth.

Ric Flair noted on Steve Austin?s podcast that he recently filmed a scene for the movie "Magic Mike XXL". As noted, Kevin Nash stars is also in the movie.

Mick Foley will be taping his November 23rd comedy show for television at The Bellhouse in Brooklyn, NY. Foley mentioned it on Facebook but didn't say what it was being taped for.

Mick Foley recently spoke with SportsTownChicago.com and commented on being brought back to RAW for the recent Hell In a Cell segment with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose. He said ?It was very flattering to try and enhance that match in people?s minds. Jut a year before, I was sitting at home like, ?I wonder why they?re not calling me?? Then they called me to be on their panel for Survivor Series, which I really had no illustrious history doing. This year I?m just glad The Big Guy was like, ?What about Mick Foley?? I hadn?t been on the show for 7 months or so. I think it showed me and the fans that I can still be valuable on that show in limited doses. I?ll look forward to the next call 7 or 8 months from now and contribute in other ways. They got the Network and a bunch of other projects. There?s always a little role for Mrs. Foley?s little boy.? The Honky Tonk Man noted on social media that he owns the trademark for ?The Patriot? and that the trademark was recently accepted for renewal by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Former WWE star ?The Patriot? Del Wilkes still uses the name on the indies. Honky, who has apparently owned the trademark since 2007, posted on Facebook "HTM just got notice the Trademark of The Patriot has been accepted for renewal. Official USPTO Notice of Acceptance Section 8: U.S. Trademark RN 3677116: THE PATRIOT. Del Wilkes has no claim to my trademark."
