- Laurinaitis and Mike Bucci met with the talent first, and then met with Hamilton afterwards.
- WWE brought trucks with them, and took all the rings from the training facility.
- Hamilton said he had a Six Flags show planned for three days later. He said he was forced to cancel the show because he didn?t have talent or a ring available.
- Hamilton said WWE never gave him a straight answer as to why WWE was dropping Deep South as a developmental territory.
- He said the most successful wrestling characters are those that basically portray themselves in the ring.

- Hamilton said WCW ended up insulting the intelligence of wrestling fans. He helped to train wrestlers in WCW.
- He said he trained wrestlers for WWE pretty much the same way he did for WCW.
- Hamilton said Bill Goldberg was honest with him saying that he wasn?t in to pro wrestling for the love of the sport, but was there for the money.

- Hamilton admitted he lost money with Deep South in the first year of the promotion, and was hoping to break even in year two.
- He talked about building his reputation as a promoter, as he said he never advertised anyone he couldn?t produce.
