Sonjay Dutt to wrestle in Sperry at "Omni 7"
Posted: Jan 12th 2014 By: mikeiles
Former TNA superstar Sonjay Dutt will be wrestling at Omni Wrestling Alliance's "Omni 7" event as "The Playa from the Himalaya" is scheduled to take on OWA Junior Heavyweight Champion Michael Wolf. That is just one of 16 big matches on the card at this TV taping in Sperry, OK.
Dutt, who won the TNA World X Cup with Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, & Jay Lethal in 2006, has been a part of TNA over the past several years and has been one of one of the best TNA X Division stars in the company's history. He has also held over 15 titles in various wrestling promotions all over the world in his 13 years in wrestling.
Wolf is coming off a successful Junior Heavyweight Title defense over Steven Sterling and Patient Zero in a Triple Threat Match at "Omni 6" in December. Wolf originally won the Junior Heavyweight Title on March 2, 2013. He lost the title to Kidd Krash at "Omni 5" on November 9, 2013 and then gained it back on the same card. Facing Sonjay Dutt is probably the biggest challenge of his title reign, if not his young career.
Also on the card, The Canadian Red Devil will defend the Heavyweight Title in a Triple Threat Match against "The Title Hunter" Jake O'Brien and former WWE/NXT Developmental wrestler Brian Breaker. Will the Devil have enough in his bag of tricks to hold off both challengers?
Plus, OWA Tag Team Champions The Brotherhood Of Mayhem (Malice & Menace 2nd) defend the titles against the father-son duo of Striker & Maddox Jones .
Also scheduled to appear:
2009 Pro Wrestling Illustrated Rookie of the Year Mike Sydal
"Mountain Man" Terry Montana
Geek Singh
"Superstar" Steven Sterling
Patient Zero
Clint Cassidy
Los Calientes (Paul Puertorico & Roberto Romero)
Aaron Anders
Jonah Turk

Goldeneye
and many more!!!
