Wrestling By The Numbers: Ryan ?Brandon Traven? Collins

World Wrestling Entertainment has released developmental wrestler Ryan ?Brandon Traven? Collins. The 27-year-old Sand Springs Oklahoma native had spent the past year with the WWE competing mostly in Florida Championship Wrestling and WWE NXT Wrestling. He originally made his WWE debut back in March of 2010, in a dark match prior to a WWE Raw event and also competed against Brodus Clay in September of 2011 in a match that aired on WWE Superstars. He had been used sparingly recently prior to the announcement of his release back on May 17th.
Over his 5-year professional wrestling career Ryan Collins has competed as Brandon Traven, Brian Thomas and Brian Breaker. Collins made his debut in 2008 after having been trained by WWE Hall Of Famer Harley Race. Prior to joining the WWE he competed mostly for World League Wrestling out of Missouri where he became a former 2-Time WLW Champion. He also competed in March of 2011 in a month long tour of Japan with Pro Wrestling NOAH.
