Ric Flair's wife takes him to court for financial support; accuses him of 'acts of illicit sexual behavior'

Ric Flair?s wife has gone to court seeking separation support and alimony and accusing her husband of committing ?acts of illicit sexual behavior.?
Jacqueline Fliehr claims in her complaint that her husband, the former professional wrestling champion who is one of Charlotte?s best-known celebrities, has not paid her thousands of dollars in support as called for in the couple?s interim separation agreement.
Ric Flair, whose real name is Richard Fliehr, and Jacqueline Fliehr were married in November 2009. They separated in June. Ric Flair signed an interim separation agreement in October, according to his wife?s complaint. Jacqueline Fliehr signed the agreement in November.
Jacqueline Fliehr accuses her husband of having committed ?acts of marital misconduct.?
?Husband has had numerous intimate relationships with other women during the parties? marriage to the embarrassment and humiliation of wife,? Jacqueline Fliehr?s complaint alleges.
Jacqueline Fliehr claims in the court document that she has been ?a faithful and dutiful wife.?
Ric Flair, 63, has not responded to the complaint, which was filed Nov. 20.
His attorney, Larry Hewitt, told the Observer: ?He denies all those allegations of misconduct. He contends she committed acts of marital misconduct and domestic violence. The issues will all be resolved in the courtroom.?
Jacqueline Fliehr was arrested in February of 2010, accused of assaulting her husband during a domestic dispute at the couple?s home, according to WCNC-TV. Police said she punched him in the face.
She was charged with assault, while he received minor injuries and was not transported to the hospital. The charge was dropped due to a lack of evidence.
In her complaint, Jacqueline Fliehr says her husband makes more than $1 million a year.
She says the couple?s interim separation agreement calls for her husband to pay her $4,000 a month in support beginning Oct. 15.
?Despite numerous promises of payment, husband has not made a single spousal support payment as of the date of filing this complaint,? the court document says.
Jacqueline Fliehr?s complaint says her husband was supposed to pay her an additional $14,000 in support for July, August, September and half of October. She says he hasn?t paid any of that money either.
The complaint claims that Ric Flair, as part of the separation agreement, also was to reimburse his wife $15,000 for her attorney fees but has failed to make those payments.
Jacqueline Fliehr alleges that during the couple?s marriage her husband has ?offered indignities? to her that rendered her condition ?intolerable and her life burdensome.?
She claims her husband treated her ?in a cruel or barbarous manner.?
The complaint also alleges that Flair ?recklessly spent? his wife?s income and concealed his assets.
Jacqueline Fliehr is asking a judge to order her husband to pay her separation support and alimony as well as her attorney fees. She?s also seeking the equitable distribution of the couple?s property.
Ric Flair, meanwhile, owes taxes to the federal and state government.
He has a federal tax lien for $237,436 in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties and owes the N.C. Department of Revenue $41,358 in taxes, penalty and interest.
