Cross Chooses His Side In Ring War

Ted DiBiase is well noted for saying "Everybody has a price...for the Million Dollar Man".
The assumption being that, given the proper persuasion and perhaps the right monetary incentive, everyone will give up what they believe in, who they love and whatever moral guidance they follow.
Last Saturday in Broken Arrow, at least one person proved that idea wrong.
Tensions are building as UWE prepares for Ring Wars, as teams ally and prepare to do combat to determine dominance of the company. And one man is still upset because he didn't win the UWE Title at "Showdown". Tim Rockwell interrupted Fuel's opening statements, saying that the only reason Brandon Walker is still the UWE Champion is because of Fuel. He promised to end Fuel's career at Ring Wars, but this didn't faze "The Icon", as he invited Rockwell into the ring to settle the issue man-to-man. As soon as Rockwell stepped through the ropes, Fuel went for the superkick, but Rockwell quickly rolled out before any damage could be done.
The opening contest saw Jon Cross defeat SRPW United States Champion Graham Bell in a scientific display. But after the match, Rockwell was out again and offered Cross a spot on Team Villain, giving Cross a shirt to seal the deal. Cross took the shirt, but only stared at it as he walked to the back. But when he got there, standing in front of the projection screen, fans could see his sillohuette and witnessed him donning the shirt. It appeared that the Jon Cross of old had returned to UWE. The man who had won the UWE Title 3 times had done so without the support of the fans. And the fans seemed certain that they had lost one of their heroes.
Rockwell went on to announce other members of Team Villain, including former UWE Tag Team Champions Dynamic Storm and former US Champion Christopher Fury, whom he also recruited after being victorious in a match against Luke Langley. Rockwell himself scored the pin in a 6-person event, where he teamed with Justin Dynamic & Princess Brittani against Fuel and UWE Tag Team Champions, The Static Knights. And then, he waited for the main event to be over. No matter who left Broken Arrow as the UWE Champion, be it Brandon Walker or Anarchy 2nd, Rockwell had his moment picked. As it turned out, Walker was able to retain his belt. And then Rockwell, Fury & Dynamic hit the ring, closely followed by Fuel, & the Static Knights. It seemed like Ring Wars was about to start right there and the final piece was put in place when Jon Cross slid in the ring and stood between both sides.
With Rockwell's team and Fuel's team poised to take action against each other, they both waited for the moment. And that moment came when Cross revealed that he had no intention of being a villain again, siding with Fuel and eliminating Rockwell's forces from the ring. It appeared that Fuel had his team ready to go. Rockwell made one last announcement, naming Anarchy 2nd as Cross' replacement. And Ring Wars was set. Tonight, November 10th, the biggest battle of the year takes place as Fuel & Rockwell each lead their forces to war. Only one side can come out victorious. Who will it be?
