Natural Born Champion!

He never lost the title to begin with. And now Johnny Z has reclaimed the MSWA Mid-South title, much to the dismay of the MSWA Fans.
Since returning to MSWA, Johnny Z made it very clear that the Mid-South title was to be his. As far as he was concerned, it was only a matter of time. And he even withstood a massive amount of humiliation in the process.
But on December 14, the fun and games stopped, as Z perpetrated an attack on Bad Boy's father, attacking him in the ring and kicking out his prosthetic leg. Bad Boy came to his dad's rescue, but ended up suffering the brunt of the attack from Impact, Inc. and had to be stretchered out of the building.
Z wanted everyone to understand just how serious he was. And with Madame Commissioner Erica at his side, the rules were subject to his whim as well. It had been announced long before that at the very first Mid-South Mayhem, IZW Champion Double D would defend the Mid-South Title against Johnny Z. But when Mid-South Mayhem arrived, Erica tweaked one little rule: No DQ. It didn't seem like a big deal at the time, but with Johnny Z's career on the line, he was going to pull out all the stops to make sure that he was not forced to leave MSWA once again.
When it came time for the match, the crowd anxiously awaited, certain that their hero, Double D, would send Johnny Z packing. He'd done it before. They believed in him completely. And Johnny Z loved that. He went in prepared, throwing everything he had into the match. And Double D bounced back from everything that he had. The match went outside and still, Johnny Z wasn't able to put Double D down. Then, referee George Knight was obliterated in a wild move and Impact, Inc. saw the opportunity to come and interfere. It appeared to be a 3-on-1 situation for Double D, but he didn't back down. Eyes were locked. Decisions were made.
And then came Kevin Morgan striding through the door. Morgan, who had been banned from MSWA for interfering in MSWA matches, came down the aisle. All the members of Impact, Inc. looked terrified. It seeemed the plan to use gang tactics against Double D had come unravelled.
But after a tense moment of staring at Impact, Inc., Morgan out his attention on Double D, picking him up and annihilating him in the middle of the ring. Johnny Z then covered the prone champion and George Knight was revived to make the 3 count.
Kevin Morgan had done the unthinkable. He had sold his soul to the devil and joined Impact, Inc.
Now, Johnny Z once again reigned as MSWA Champion. Jordan Jacobs & Jermaine Johnson were still the tag team champions. And Erica controlled the company as the commissioner.
Fans have been irate since these events happened almost two weeks ago. Most want answers from Kevin Morgan. Perhaps some of the answers will be given when MSWA returns to the Golden Goose this Sunday.
