Kamala Says Not Getting Help From Groups
Posted: Aug 1st 2012 By: CMBurnham
James ?Kamala? Harris has posted a video on YouTube denouncing two groups who are reportedly raising money on his behalf but according to Harris, they are only helping themselves.
Millenium Wrestling Federation, based in Boston, has been offering a variety of merchandise to fans with a portion of the proceeds meant to help Harris. According to the video and statements by Harris he has received nothing from the group and not-so-politely tells them what to do with any money they may have raised on his behalf.
Wrestler?s Rescue, founded by Dawn Marie has been a subject of scandal from its inception with rumors of embezzlement of funds by Marie. The group was the subject of a 2010 article, which can be found here, that questioned the validity of the charity and a response from Dawn Marie who refuted the claims.
Harris claims he has received nothing from Wrestler?s Rescue or Dawn Marie and tells her in a matter of fact manner what to do with any money she may have made in his name. Harris also claims that Dawn Marie alleges to have made a donation to Dr. Death Steve Williams after he had passed away but offered no proof.
Wrestler?s Rescue had received a donation from TNA superstar Jeff Jarrett, an autographed guitar, which was to be auctioned off to help the former Memphis and WWE star but the website dedicated to the group has been ?suspended? by the web host and has been offline for weeks.
Harris also goes on the attack with Vince McMahon and others in the video and also tells fans they do not need to donate to him to be his friend.
