Weather conditions wreak havoc on weekend's wrestling events

Due to the ice storm that fell on Oklahoma and the possible impending snow and ice due to come this coming weekend all pro wrestling shows have been cancelled. NWA Universal and All American Championship Wrestling sent Oklafan seperate press releases regarding their respective cancellations and the owners of Mid-South Wrestling Alliance contacted Oklafan Senior Editor CM Burnham to notify him of the cancellation. Below are the press releases from NWA-U and AACW.


From NWA Universal Press Release:
Due to the severe ice storm effecting Northeastern Oklahoma this Saturday's show in Tahlequah has been postponed. Except for major highways and interstates the roads remain hazardous for travel. A makeup date and ticket information will be announced tomorrow. This includes the personal appearance by Charming Charles this Friday at NSU's student union in Tahlequah.
