10 Must-Follow Parody Accounts of Wrestling Personalities on Twitter

10 Must-Follow Parody Accounts of Wrestling Personalities on Twitter

Posted: Dec 17th 2011 By: mikeiles

Many a day starts with ways to entertain one's self. In this day and age of instant results, old-fashioned entertainment such as outdoorsy passions and reading books will just not cut it. Now, Twitter and Facebook have been the pioneers of social media, and social media is what wrestling companies have decided to exploit.

Thankfully, entertainment and social media can be fused together. Parody Twitter accounts are funny reminders of what wrestling personalities really think and/or what the fans think.

Glorious introduction aside, here is my list of must-follow Twitter accounts.

Honorable Mention

Here is my honorable mention list. Feel free to add any other parody twitter accounts on here that I somehow left out.

@JohnLaurinaitis, @BookerT_5X, @FakeBookerT, @SinCaraAzulNot, @TNARusso,

@CrankyVince, @VintageHBK, @TwistofWeight, @EricBischoffnot, @TNAHulkH0gan, and several others!

Dixie Carter at @DixieCarterNOT

Dixie Carter has been beloved by the Internet Wrestling Community during her tenure as TNA president. They are incredibly happy about Vince Russo staying with the TNA. They are also happy about her parody account @DixieCarterNOT.

Memorable tweets

"There's not a more positive message to send to your roster when you give the #1 contendership to a man fresh off of legal and drug problems."

Question from @Pipebomb911: "Is Joe Paterno gonna be at Turning Point to challenge Roode for the title?" Answer from Dixie: "We are already in negotiations"

"Impact Wrestling is the safer alternative to propofol. Therefore, as president of TNA, I am a better doctor than Conrad Murray. #TNAawesome"

"Watch Sting vs Hogan in a bump-less, winner leaves on a wheelchair match. It'll be so good, you'll cry for Cena vs Orton! #TNAawesome"

TNA Creative at @TNACreative

TNA Creative is an LOL all by itself. Vince Russo's legendary swerves are all a part of some kind of plan to turn Total Nonstop Action into Total Nonstop Agitation.

I enjoy Impact regardless of how it's booked, but it is just fun to make fun of TNA. @TNACreative is worth following regardless of your opinion of TNA.

Memorable tweets

"A main event that ended clean, first true swerve in a long time. #ImpactTonight #WrestlingMatters #IMPACTWRESTLING"

"The Wild Card Tag Team Tournament. What happens when you finally realize your out of legit tag teams! #ImpactTonight"

"Time to begin the show. We made sure Jeff was sober... Or did we? Tune in to find out. #FinalResolution"

Kelly Kelly at @DumbKellyKelly

This Twitter account is the inspiration as to why WWE wants to shut down parody Twitter accounts. @DumbKellyKelly has attempted to expose the true thoughts of Kelly Kelly. Tragically, it upset the real Kelly Kelly and she decided to block the fake account.

Memorable tweets

"So, just so you all know, the Slammy isn't made of chocolate. Neither is Mark Henry. Don't bite into either."

"I just reported TNA to Twitter. They're a parody of a wrestling company and I find them to be very offensive."

"I'm not very surprised that Kelly Kelly wants this parody account deleted. I am, however, very surprised that Kelly Kelly can actually read."

Eric Bischoff at @FakeBischoff

Eric Bischoff seems to be a man who is perceived as being stuck in the past. @FakeEricBischoff tries his best to confirm this perception, or maybe he just confirms what a lot of wrestling fans think about TNA.

Memorable tweets

"Tonight on TNA: Anderson turns face, Matt Hardy hits a tree, Jeff Hardy gets high, random backstage segments with Hogan, Anderson turns heel"

"300 is the average age of our impact roster. #Impact300"

"The TNA fantasy game is available now! You can now replay TNA house shows using a sold out arena."

"Huge News! 90% of the TNA roster forgot that we have a PPV tonight."

WWE Creative at @WWECreative

@WWECreative is a hysterical parody of the alleged shortcomings of the actual WWE creative team. Vince McMahon might be inspired to stop the parody Twitter accounts because that might actually be what the creative team is thinking.

Memorable tweets

"That Snooki pretape took nine takes and fourteen bottles of strawberry wine #RAWTonight"

"Wonder if the contact high @CMPunk is getting standing next to Road Dogg violates his Straight Edge policy #RAWTonight"

"Tune in to see our indestructible World Champion whom we jobbed out to @ZackRyder #ReasonsToWatchSmackdown"

Vince McMahon at @EvilMrMcMahon

I am aware the @CrankyVince Twitter account is very funny. However, I just feel the all-caps thing is something the real Vince McMahon would do. I am wondering whether it is the real Vince McMahon or not.

Instead, I decided to mention @EvilMrMcMahon as a parody of the WWE boss. He is fairly entertaining to say the least.

Memorable tweets

"I am thankful for my good looks, The Rock bringing ratings so we don't have to be creative, TNA being second rate and my massive testicles."

"The only way Alberto can defeat John Cena in a Last Man Standing match at Vengeance is if he chains him down and parks an airplane on him."

"Even on a prerecorded #Raw Johnny Ace still sucks on the mic. No editing can help."

Tony Schiavone at @schiavonetony

This parody Twitter account is not for you if you don't care about WCW or entertainment. This Twitter account is for you if you want hilarious WCW references from @schiavonetony. His love fest with Van Hammer is creepy.

Memorable tweets

"Just finished fixing Mrs S's alarm clock. Will now blast the Wolfpack theme every 15 minutes, all night long. #Snoozebuttonrippedout"

"Overhear Nash telling Hall "we're gonna give 100% tonight Scotty, do it for the fans". They both immediately start hysterically laughing."

"Scott Steiner backstage w/ live kangaroo draped across shoulders. Shouting he intends to shove it up Sid's rectum in ring later. #WhyScott?"

Triple H at @NotTripleH

Forget the lovable parody accounts who follow you back. Forget the parodies who respond to your mindless questions.

@NotTripleH is pure entertainment regardless of how many people he follows or how many questions he responds too. Just shut up and read his tweets.

Memorable tweets

"Why is a traffic cone holding a Slammy?"

"They're not cheering for you, Ted. They're celebrating the fact that your match is over."

"I would like to thank myself, my tanning salon, my steroid dealer and the people that kill the livestock that is responsible for my jackets."

Hulk Hogan at @HulkHogan4Real

This parody Hulk Hogan Twitter account makes his parody intentions perfectly clear: He hilariously criticizes the TNA product.

He just edges Triple H's parody account because the Hulkster follows people back. But @HulkHogan4Real is not #1. One man has to be #1 on the parody Twitter account list.

Memorable tweets

"The ninjas have arrived at the Impact Zone again, to take Samoa Joe off for his monthly liposuction. They're under orders from Scott Steiner to feed him a diet of just Twinkies, sugar cubes and motor oil. HH"

"Anyone got a stream, brother? Jesse Neal stole my TV so he could afford food. HH"

"Knowing Vince he would've made me job to Hornswoggle's semen. HH"

"Dixie just told me that we need to get rid of our HD cameras for budget reasons. Two weeks from now we're moving back to the asylum! HH"

"My ambulance just stretchered me into the Impact Zone instead of the TD Garden. I'm gonna leg drop them... one day... HH"

Jim Ross as @WWEJimRoss

This man is absolutely hysterical. If you remember that Jim Ross also makes BBQ products, you will know why the "real fake JR" is so hilarious. He and I go way back (two weeks) as close Twitter buddies. I always tell my followers to follow him. It's even more hilarious because a lot of fans believe he is the real JR.

Memorable tweets

"I'll give a an expired bag of my jerky to anyone who puts me in their #FF's today. Can't beat that deal. Sauce it!"

Kurt Angle: "What is your favorite Angle Foods Meal?"

Fake Jim Ross: "Any way we can incorporate my jerky into your plan? Basically cardboard. Sauce it!"

"Throwing out bottles of sauce for the holidays at the OU game. Hide your faces! Sauce it!"

But the greatest tweet of all time emanating from the keyboard of the fake JR is "It would be against the law to try and close my account. Clearly it says PARODY and FAKE and would be a violation of my rights. Sauce it!"

Conclusion

Words of wisdom right there. Speaking of Twitter accounts, follow me at @TeamBringItNWO and follow all of these fake accounts (especially JR, Triple H, and Hulk Hogan).

Thanks for reading!
