NEWS
Altus, OK native Doberman has wrestled throughout most of Texas, but has never had the opportunity to wrestle in his home state. He calls himself "The Oklahoma Savior" and has an Oklahoma Heavyweight Title that he defends around Texas. That title has not had a federation sanction, until now. The Texas Independent Wrestling League announced last week that they would be recognizing his Oklahoma Heavyweight Title. You can see a video of Doberman congratulating TIWL for recognizing the title by clicking here. However, in his first defense after TIWL sanctioning the title, Doberman lost the title to Mike Brooks at July 9th.

IZW announced this past Saturday that they have reached an agreement to broadcast internet pay-per-view shows on GoFightLive (GFL.com). WWE has released the content listing for their ?OMG! Top 50 Incidents? DVD. This is primarily a DVD set of moments, but it does include some matches and amongst those are the Mankind Vs. Undertaker Hell in a Cell match (King of the Ring ? June 28, 1998) and Mick Foley vs. Edge (WrestleMania XXII, April 2, 2006).

Ed Koskey has replaced Michael Hayes as the head writer for WWE Smackdown, according to former WWE creative team member Court Bauer. ProWrestling.net reports that Hayes will remain with the company as an agent/producer.

Regarding A. J. Styles from Sunday night, the last word we had which was from Sunday night is that it was Christopher Daniels, not Styles, who was the one shaken up in that match. Don't have word yet as to the extent of it or if it's minor.

While on "Fox & Friends", Kevin James got a video message from Mick Foley. James and Foley went to high school together. You can see the video here.

Chris Hero was at Saturday's Ring of Honor show in Charlotte, NC. He missed Friday night's show in Richmond because his flight out of Newark Airport didn't leave due to a storm. Hero and Hunter Johnston both missed the show. Jim Cornette acted as booker with Johnston not there.

The documentary "Card Subject To Change" will be released on DVD on July 12th. Among those in the documentary are Kevin Sullivan, the late Trent Acid, Rhett Titus, Lacey Von Erich, Necro Butcher, Sherri Martel, Sabu, Percy Pringle, and Kamala.

To follow up on The Honky Tonk Man calling out a promoter that falsely advertised him, HTM posted on Twitter: "Promoter Dino Puglia from the fraudulent ?Macho Man? tribute show last night has confirmed the Macho Man charity got nothing"

Nigel Rabid, the ring announcer for the Texas based New Millennium Wrestling, is launching an internet radio show on August 14th. His first guest will be Action Jackson and will also feature a special announcement from Spoiler 2000. Click here for more info.
