Goodbye, Farewell and Good Riddance! Impact, Inc. Forced To Leave MSWA!

Goodbye, Farewell and Good Riddance! Impact, Inc. Forced To Leave MSWA!

Posted: Mar 14th 2011 By: CMBurnham

MSWA fans, your long federation nightmare is over!

Thanks to the actions of Double D & Awesome X, the faction that has terrorised MSWA for the past 2 years is gone from their locker room and will not be coming back.

Johnny Z, Bernie D, IZW Champion Jermaine Johnson & Jordan Jacobs threw their weight around much as they have been known to do in their home fed of IZW. Johnny held the MSWA Mid-South Title for over a year. They put La Reina de Corazones under their servitude, forcing her to be their personal slave and taking great pleasure in humiliating her publicly any chance they could get.

But it all finally ended last Sunday. And the crumbling began 2 weeks prior to that when Johnson came out before the show and said it was an Impact, Inc. show and it was all about him. Johnson bragged about how, on October 13, 2010, he proved he was more man than Double D would ever be and that La Reina would have to audition to be a dancer for Club RAW that night. He ordered her to get a chair so he could sit and she would be forced to give him a lapdance in front of everyone. She refused and Johnson became more insistent, telling her that she either did the dance or she would be barred from wrestling in the state of Oklahoma ever again. La Reina couldn't bring herself to comply and once again refused, which caused Johnson to look like he would get physical with her, but at that point, Double D ran to the rescue. After making sure his girlfriend was safe, D said that he was tired of Johnson making Erica look like a fool. He'd had enough and wanted to face Johnson to regain Erica. Johnson laughed, but became much more interested when D said he would put his career on the line. Johnson agreed and D threw in one more surprise, saying the match would have No DQs and Falls would count anywhere.

This seemed to be playing into Johnson's hands, as Impact, Inc. loved to use the group-dynamic to win their matches. But Johnny Z was not present that week and Bernie D was proccupied after a MSWA Oklahoma Title match against Max McGuirk. So when the main event came, it was Johnson with La Reina, but no one else. The match started before either man could reach the ring as both men battled out from the curtain and into the concession stand, then onto the pool tables before finally getting into the ring area. They never actually entered the ring, though and fought back down the entrance aisle to the concession stand where Johnson grabbed a ketchup bottle and squirted it on D. This unhinged one of the concession stand workers, who almost took matters into her own hands with Johnson until her boyfriend interceded. Meanwhile the two combatants took the fight to the main dance area of Club RAW. La Reina was able to yank a chair away from Johnson and use it against him which allowed D, after absorbing a lot of punishment to put Johnson in a small package for the win. The crowd was elated to finally see D & La Reina back together again and the couple celebrated in the ring until Johnson & Bernie came to attack them. They were quickly rescued by MSWA owner Bad Boy who said that week after week, month after month, Impact Inc. always had something irritating to do. He was sick of it and proposed that on March 6, it all ended. There would be a 6-man Elimination tag team match: Impact, Inc. vs. Bad Boy & Awesome X. Loser Leaves MSWA!!

It was essentially impossible for Impact, Inc. to turn this offer down and the crowd turned out in larger-than-usual numbers for the show, knowing that they would be seeing one of those two teams for the last time. Double D almost made an additional gain for himself by being the last person eliminated in a Battle Royal to determine the #1 contender to Johnny Z's MSWA title, but that match was won by SWCW Tag Team Champion 3rd Rail. But it was all focus and business when it came time for the main event. Both teams came prepared and ready and Double D demanded that he start against Johnny Z. Cocky and overconfident, D got a quick rollup on Z before the champion could get one offencive move in. And as Johnny stood outside the ring after the pin, the laughter and jeers soaked as he realised that he had let down his entire crew. The match continued, though as Bernie D evened things up by hitting the Sky-High on Xavior and then Johnson put things in Impact, Inc's playing field by taking out Double D with the Energy Shot. Kevin Morgan was all that was left against 2 members of Impact, Inc. and it looked grim for the popular star until Bernie D got DQed for using brass knucks. He did succeed in knocking Morgan senseless, but that was only for a 2 count as Johnson tried to pick up a quick victory. Johnson tried again to pin Morgan, but La Reina broke it up, which only served to make Johnson more irate. He shoved La Reina off the ring apron, but she recovered and ran back into the ring, where he was hoisted over Morgan's head and exectured a Tornado DDT on Johnson. Morgan then picked up the IZW Champion and put him threw the mat with an Oklahoma Stampede to win the match and eliminate Impact, Inc. from MSWA.

MSWA commissioner Shawn McKeaigg tried calm Johnson down, but he was in tears and threw a tantrum on the outside. Knowing there was no way out of it, Johnson left the area and the fans could breathe a sigh of relief as the horrific actions of the most hated group in the area had finally come to an end.

With Impact, Inc's departure, one question remains unanswered: who will 3rd Rail face for the MSWA Mid-South Title? He is the number one contender, but with his departure, the title had to be vacated (which makes MWA Champion Jack Legacy & MWA MAX Division Champion Dustin Heritage the longest current reigning champions in Oklahoma). Rail is prepared for anyone, but certainly won't have to worry about the shenanigans he sometimes faced when meeting Johnny Z and his kind in the ring. MSWA can now move forward with peaceful times and perhaps the memory of the green-and-white clad faction will soon fade from the fans' thoughts forever.
