Wrestling Bad Guy Lived Quietly, Neighbourly Among Us

It's a common storyline in the media. Someone makes a spectacular splash and the news crews go out to the neighborhood and hear "He was a quiet person. Kept to himself. We're shocked." Typically, they're crime stories about an evil soul lurking among us.
A former co-worker was Jimmy Wehba's neighbor for years before learning Wehba was despised by tens of thousands. Wehba's trail was so hot in Dallas that he had to lose folks on the sidestreets en route to his home in Garland, a hideout that very few knew about.
Wehba didn't even tell folks his real name, in fact. He was known to the world as Skandar Akbar, wrestling bad guy to the good guy Von Erichs during the heyday years at the Sportatorium.
Jimmy Wehba died last week. As neighbors will attest, one of Garland's most infamous characters was a bad guy by profession only, living the quiet life among us.
