Ric Flair believes 'TNA iMPACT' can become as big a TV show as any WWE programme.

The wrestling legend thinks there is no reason why viewers in the UK and across the world won't flock to the weekly show once they realise how much talent is in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.

He said: "We can be as big as WWE. Hell yeah! But it won't happen overnight. Everyone wants to see the company grow, they want to see the company make gains in the ratings and they want to see the brand expand and grow, that's everyone's goal."

Flair - who joined the company in January at the same time as Hulk Hogan - insists the reason why TV viewers will enjoy 'iMPACT' is because of the number of legends and top young talent on the show.

He added to BANG Showbiz: "The brand is growing, there are more stars on the roster, and the competition to be successful between the wrestlers is fierce. Everyone wants to be part of the roster, but everyone can't be - only the good ones make it. It's created a whole new level of competition to succeed and to perform at a higher level. That's what I think the TNA show you see now will be totally different in six months time. It will just keep getting better and better."

As well as multi-time world champion Flair, 'TNA iMPACT!' - which airs on Bravo in the UK - features a host of wrestling legends, including Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, Kurt Angle and Sting.

TNA's stars are also coming to the UK in January 2011 with the 'Maximum iMPACT!" tour. Shows will take place in Glasgow, Manchester and London from January 27.
