"Native Outlaw" Tex Retains His 412PE Championship
Posted: Apr 21st 2010 By: CMBurnham
Marble City was rocked again with some good ol' rasslin'! The 412PE show started out with the Champion Tex coming out and thanking Michael H. for the help at Greasy, Okla., the week before. Tex said that he had heard rumors about Michael being upset because of The Native Outlaw's new 412PE Championship that was once held by Michael H. until it was taken from him because Michael did not meet the terms of defending the championship. And Tex won a match over Running Wolf to become the rightful 412PE Champion. Michael H. made his way into the ring and addressed what Tex had been telling the fans and made a few remarks about how the title was his, and Tex was not the real 412PE Champion. After words were exchanged, Michael clothes lined Tex and made it very clear that he was coming after the title. The match was made for later in the show.
The show opened up with El Chupacabra vs. The Fire Fly. Not much know about either of the two, but we do know that this is the 2nd appearance for "The Goatsucker" in 412PE and the first appearance for the Fire Fly. The Crowd was very taken by the Firefly as he came out to one of the more popular songs with the kids these days (you can probably guess what it was), and he fluttered around the ring with the fans getting behind him fluttering along with him. El Chupacabra was greatly out-sized and tried everything he could to take down the 400lb.-plus Fire Fly. But he just could not get the job done. Fire Fly, with his version of the lo down, took the win. Match 2 had more new guys come into 412PE ? Tommy Wayne and Joshua Cross. These guys lit up the stage with their aerial and old school mix of rasslin'. They put on a really awesome show. They had the crowd popping with every twist and turn they did. A true credit to the business. The 412PE staff are looking forward to seeing more out of these guys. But when it was all said and done Joshua Cross took the victory with a well executed Swanton Bomb from the top rope. The next event was a Triple Threat Elimination Match between "The Raging Bull"
Lee Cook, "The Reject" Jason Rose, and Yoshi. This proved to be a slobber knocker of a match with some very intense chops and fists being thrown, with Lee Cook being the first to eliminated. The Reject seemed to be focused on rival Michael Duplanti, who was in the crowd and was on the Disabled List due to the match they had in Greasy the week before. But that focus was soon turned back on the match at hand as Yoshi made himself known to the Reject by delivering more knife edge chops and a DDT (good thing he's not Jake Roberts or that would have ended the match). The Reject kicked out of it and worked his way back, winning the match over Yoshi and Lee Cook with a Sit Out Chin Breaker. The Reject made a challenge to Michael Duplanti for the next Marble City show that the Loser has to wear a dress! It is still being discussed whether the match will happen or not, so be sure to check out the Myspace page for more details. www.myspace.com/412proentertainment
The 412PE Tag Team titles changed hands at Marble City. Reckless Ryan Reed and Dennis Williams were able to take the titles from the Unknown and The Fire Fly...? Due to a shoulder injury J.R. Orullian had said he was unable to defend his half of the 412PE Tag Team Championship, so instead of forfeiting the title and cheating the fans out of a match, he had hired the Fire Fly to take his place for $5,000 cash! The fans were very well pleased with JR's choice, as they cheered for Fire Fly as he made his way to the ring. As the Match went on, the
TCM managed to cut off the ring and single out The Unknown. I guess since there was one of the champs already out of action, they would just end the team all together. The TCM laid a beating on The Unknown, and it really just looked like he was lost without the help of his regular tag partner. The chemistry was just not there between Fire Fly and Unknown. But after a well needed tag to Fire Fly who came in and cleaned house, the TCM scrambled out of the ring and made their way back toward the locker room. As the 10 count was issued, they made their way
back before the 10 count was finished and began to take back over, as they slowed the offence of the champs down and took back over on a weakened Unknown. A few minutes went by and The Fire Fly started to get some fan support for the Unknown, who made the tag to Fire Fly. As The Unknown made his way back to his feet in his corner, The Fire Fly turned on him and splashed him into the corner, and the TCM made the pin and got the win. Afterwards the TCM then handed The Fire Fly even more money, and the Firefly took a shirt off to show that he was
indeed Mr. Big from S.A.W. (Southern Alliance Wrestling). A fight broke out between the injured J.R. and the TCM that left J.R. and the Unknown on the ground, and then Running Wolf made his presence known to make the save. But not before letting JR and The Unknown he didn't like them or anyone else ? he just came to beat someone up.
Now the 412PE Championship was on the line and the main event was getting ready to start. And the fans were ready! Because earlier that night the match had been made between Michael H. and Current Champ Tex, both fan favorites. Needless to say, the crowd was split on who to cheer for. As both men made their way to the ring, you feel the tension in the air, not just between the wrestlers, but between the fans, and the guys in the locker room, on who they wanted to win. They battled back and forth from side to side in a battle that will surely be one of the classics in 412 history! It was a great show of what all "Pro Wrestlers" love to do.
The match had it all, from side headlocks to high spots, from the fans cheering for one guy and then the other side cheering for the other guy. All I can say ? it was a classic. Both guys showed off their in-ring skills. And just how two different styles mix when done right! Micheal H. showed why he is one of the strongest wrestlers in Oklahoma physically, and why he will be a REAL FORCE in this business in the future. Tex showed us why he is The 412 Champion with his awesome mix of aerial and ground skills and just how tough he really is by taking the win over Micheal H. to keep the 412PE Championship.
412PE's next show will be May 1st in Greasy, Oklahoma. The Following weekend, May 8th, we'll be back in Marble City, Oklahoma.
