NWA-U Press Release: September show postponed and Valentino's title win under review by NWA Championship Committee

The NWA Universal Board of Directors has decided due to the extreme heat in the Tahlequah Ag Building, the September 23rd show is postponed and they are looking for a time to reschedule. This decision was made out of the respect for the fans, wrestlers and staff.

As of now the October "Goblins, Ghouls and Gold" show scheduled for October 28th is a go at the Tahlequah Community Center Ag Building. Show details for October and the Tag Team Tournament will be announced soon.

Also, the NWA Universal offices and Board of Directors were contacted this afternoon by Mike Porter of the NWA Championship Committee and have been advised to turn over the video footage of this past Saturday's Main Event match between John O'Malley and Rocco Valentino for review. The tapes will be sent Wednesday and we will wait for the response of the NWA Champions committee. More details coming soon.
