Matt Riviera Enters The "Squared Circle" to Face Dexter Hardaway
Posted: Mar 17th 2010 By: mikeiles
Reality TV star, Matt Riviera, will enter the "squared circle" to face veteran grappler, Dexter Hardaway (with Talon) from "The Jerry Springer Show" as part of a Traditional Championship Wrestling huge event.
It all happens on April 10th during the "THROWDOWN IN DOWNTOWN III" at the Fort Smith Events Center in Fort Smith, AR.
"I don't care that Dexter is bringing Talon from 'The Jerry Springer Show,'" barked Matt Riviera. "He can bring Godzilla with him for all I care. He's still going down!"
On the same card with Riviera, Dexter and Talon, there will be a "grudge match" featuring Midnight Gold (Golden Boy Greg Anthony and "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton) with their manager, Brian Thompson, squaring off against Brian and Kip James (formerly known as Road Dogg Jesse James and Billy Gunn of the New Age Outlaws and Voodoo Kin Mafia).
"Traditional Championship wrestling will host a double-shot weekend," added Riviera. "On April 9th, I will compete in 'SPRINGDALE SLAMFEST' against "Mr. Everybody Knows," Shawn Shultz, with Tony LoCassio in his corner.
"That card will be at the All-Star Sports Arena in Springdale, AR and then I'll be in Fort Smith the next evening for the 'REALITY STARS COLLIDE' match. We are expecting record crowds for both nights."

About Matt Riviera
Professional wrestler Matt Riviera has lived a lifetime in just a few short years. Ironically, it wasn't until he exchanged wrestling holds with Megan Hauserman (VH1's "Rock of Love," CW's "Beauty and the Geek") that the world took notice of his unique ability.
With an estimated net value of more than $5.5 million, Matt was one of 17 cast members vying for the affection of Hauserman on the VH1 reality series "Megan Wants a Millionaire." It was during this series that Matt demonstrated his unique ability to play to his audience, inspiring and entertaining the VH1 crowd by playing to the very talents he has cultivated for more than five years in the ring.
Movie roles, including serving as a deputy in the horror film "Blood Forest" (2009) soon followed.
