Fun And Games Now, Nightmarish Revenge Later

Fun And Games Now, Nightmarish Revenge Later

Like the old saying goes, when life hands you lemons, you make lemonde.

Last month at the GPCW event, Carnage finally got an opportunity to get his hands on his rival Dominator. He had a Hardcore match in the main event and both men ended up paying the price as objects such as bowling pins, cookie sheets and tacks were introduced and used. But the decision didn't go as Carnage expected because even though he got the three-count, the decision ultimately went to Dominator, due to the manipulations of GPCW commissioner J. D. Richards.

After the 3-count was rendered and the crowd began to celebrate, Richards came out to the ring and declared Dominator the winner by DQ. How could he win a Hardcore match by DQ? According to Richards, Carnage had stated that his barbed-wire baseball bat Lilith was "his mistress" during an interview earlier in the show. Richards had declared that if there was any outside interference, Carnage would be DQed. He considered this declaration to qualify Lilith as "outside interference" and awarded the match to Dominator. Carnage was outraged, frustrated and beyond words as that show closed.

One month later, things weren't much better. Richards and Dominator came out at the beginning of the show and Richards reminded the crowd that he had promised to shut the federation down if Carnage put his hands on him. That had happened, so Richards was now following through and ordered everyone out of the Cahoma Building. At that point, Carnage's music hit and the "Oklahoma Nightmare" came to the ring. As Richards through a temper tantrum at ringside, Carnage only got further under his skin by saying that he looked like a "sea monkey with Down's syndrome", then said that Dominator didn't dominate anyone "except J. D. up on Brokeback Mountain." These comments finally pushed Richards past his boiling point and he suspended Carnage, then immediately thought better of it and reinstated him, forcing him to compete that night. His opponent: "The Homodor" El Culo Intruso. A meeting of two more opposite competitors seems almost impossible. Carnage is a hardcore competitor who stands towering over most of his opponents and uses his massive size and high pain threshold to gain victories. Culo...well, he's unique, flamboyant and a master of psychology, as Carnage was extremely reluctant to even lock up with him. A large portion of the match was reminiscent of the Antonio Inoki/Muhammed Ali Boxer-vs-wrestler event from over 30 years ago, with Culo on the mat trying to get Carnage to lay on him (!!) while Carnage stood and stared, fearful of any contact. Eventually, the games stopped and Carnage began to power over Culo, ultimately putting him down for a three-count. But again, this decision was reversed by Richards, who said that Carnage pulled Culo's tights during the pinfall and he was awarding the match to El Culo Intruso.

Richards saw fit to try and stick his nose in someone else's business and changed GPCW Wichita Mountains Champion Jermaine Johnson's title defence against Dominator to a No DQ match after Dominator used a chair that Richards acquired for him. This choice ultimately backfired on Richards, though, as it allowed Carnage to come out and chokeslam Dominator, then roll Johnson on top of him and retain the title.

And then came perhaps the most bizarre moment of the night. As Carnage was leaving the ring, Johnson stopped him and tried to get him to get back in the ring and dance. Carnage politely refused and continued his trek back to the locker room, but was met by the other half of the IZW Tag Team Champions BLK-OUT, Montego Seeka. Seeka stood in Carnage's way and refused to let him pass, instead pointing back to the ring and motioning for Carnage to dance. And then, as if things couldn't get much stranger, El Culo arrived and began to encourage Carnage back in. Seeing no real choice, Carnage returned to the ring, followed by the other wrestlers. All 4 stood in seperate corners of the ring and one-by-one, began to show the moves they had. When it came to Carnage, he looked very reluctant, but began to break out some old-school Rikishi moves and all 4 men enjoyed themselves with the fans. Sadly, it ended when Culo slapped Carnage's butt (which even prompted Jermaine Johnson to say "Not cool!" to Culo) and got served with an Implant Buster for his efforts. Carnage finished by putting on the Superman cape that Culo had gone to the back and acquired during his match with Carnage earlier. BLK-OUT and Carnage then left the ring, while Culo attempted to regain consciousness.

Carnage still has plenty of issues to deal with around Southwest Oklahoma. His issue with J. D. Richards and Dominator is far from over. Meanwhile, it was revealed last week that Brad Michaels has been the "voice on the phone" to Shane Rawls and Michaels reappared in IZW, knocking Carnage out with a claw hammer and allowing Rawls to score a massive victory. Carnage was unable to attend the IZW event Saturday due to a death in the family, but the behemoth has certainly not forgotten Rawls, Michaels or any of the others who have done him wrong. His opponents can only hope that Carnage goes to sleep and never wakes up, because when he does, the real nightmare begins.
