Aaron Neil continues to be whipping boy for Impact, Inc.

Posted: Nov 26th 2008 By: mikeiles

Aaron Neil is a former member of Impact, Inc. In fact, while he was a member he was IZW Heavyweight Champion - twice. When he returned to IZW he made it clear he had one mission in mind, and that was to be the 1st three-time IZW Champion. Impact, Inc. continues to be a thorn in Aaron's side in his quest.

This past Saturday, the main event was set as IZW Tag Team Champions Impact, Inc. (Johnny Z & Bernie D) defending the titles against Aaron Neil and a mystery partner. The unfortunate part for Aaron is that the mystery partner was not of his choosing, but that of co-commissioner Steve O, who seems to have a friendly working relationship with Impact, Inc.

Earlier in the evening, original IZW Commissioner Mike Iles came to the ring and brought out Aaron. Iles said that everyone including Aaron wanted answers from Angel Williams as to why Williams turned on the fans and Aaron to join up with Impact, Inc. Williams did not come to the ring but appeared via video on the ZorthoTron 420 saying Aaron and the fans didn't deserve answers and he would get around to doing things on his time.

When it came time for the main event, the mystery opponent was revealed and much to the dismay of practically everyone in attendance, it was not someone Aaron could rely on. It was none other than Angel Williams. The match started and Williams started for his team, but it was more of a farce than anything. After Aaron got tagged in, it was basically a 3-on-1 match. The match ended with Impact, Inc. successfully defending the titles and then all three members continuing the attack on Aaron.

When Aaron returned, he did not have any backup. He actually attacked both Angel Williams and Michael Barry. Right now, he seems to be a loner. In a war against the strongest faction in Oklahoma wrestling, he is in a bad situation.

Other News & Notes from the IZW show:
The show began with Jesse Storm welcoming the crowd then being interrupted by co-commissioner Steve O. Steve O then mocked Jesse and began to drop a major bombshell regarding Chaotic Christmas. That announcement was interrupted by original IZW Commissioner Mike Iles who dropped the bombshell himself, stealing Steve O's thunder. The announcement was at Chaotic Christmas, there would be a Fatal 4 Way Match to name a number 1 contender to the IZW Impact Division Title. But the announcements weren't over yet. Later in the evening as Iles was talking with Randy Price, who earlier had lost to Crisstopher Crow, in Crow's IZW debut. Steve O barged in and said he had a great idea and that was to change the Fatal 4 Way into a Fatal 5 Way Elimination Match. Iles agreed it was a good idea and wondered if Steve O's 5th participant was going to be his former charge, Randy Price. Steve O agreed (although somewhat reluctantly). Iles said that Price could be the 5th participant if he defeated Ky-ote Joe at next week's show.

Seth Allen successfully defended the Impact Division Title by defeating Ky-ote Joe in the first match of the evening. Later, he accompanied his partner Dane Griffin to the ring in his match against Montego Seeka, who was accompanied by his injured partner Jermaine Johnson. Allen's interference got him tossed from ringside by the referee. As the match progressed, the referee was knocked out and Impact, Inc. strode to the ring to take out Seeka. Johnson jumped up in the ring and saved his partner, as he was faking the injury. Seeka picked up the win by pinning Griffin.

Brock Landers also made his IZW debut on Saturday but was defeated by the veteran Tyson Jaymes.

This may be a holiday weekend, but not for IZW. There is still some great wrestling action this Saturday at The Impact Arena in Lawton (1009 SW F Ave.) Bell time is 7pm and admission is only $5 and that is STILL the best value for your wrestling dollar. Don;t you dare miss it!!!

IZW...FEEL THE IMPACT!!!
