Rowdy Roddy In Winnipeg

You remember Rowdy Roddy Piper, the wrestler? He's in Winnipeg these days acting in a movie called Clear Lake, that's currently under production.
Piper tells CJOB he's doesn't climb into the ring much anymore. He says it's something he's trying to get out of and that's why he's going into acting. Piper says this particular movie is really beautiful. He says there's no fighting in it, but it will really grab your heart.
However Piper is still working through a five-year contract he has with the WWE. He says they've asked him to fight a mixed martial arts match five days before the Olympics open in China.
