Did Ray Martinez overstep his bounds?

Since joining SRPW last year, Ray Martinez has presented himself as a no-nonsense commissioner, determined to do what is best for the fans and other wrestlers in SRPW. But last Friday it appears that Ray may have overstepped the bounds of his authourity as commissioner.
SRPW Boys & Girls Champion Jack Legacy came to the ring and announced that he would be defending his title against a handpicked opponent, who turned out to be his cousin, SRPW Tag Team Champion Beau Dalton. The match was a sham, though, as after a few feigned attempts at lock-ups and struggles, Jack laid down on the mat and Beau covered him. But the show didn?t stop there. Beau then announced that he was going to be a fighting champion and gave Jack his rematch immediately, which resulted in Beau laying down so Jack could cover him and regain the title. Jack then turned his attention to his other cousin, SRPW Tag Team Champion Bobby Dalton, offering him a title match, which Bobby gladly accepted. The bell was rung, Jack laid down and Bobby was now the Boys & Girls Club Champion. Then, the final stroke, as Bobby offered SRPW Women?s champion (and Dalton/Legacy associate) Lily McKenzie a title shot, which she promptly won.
All this happened in full view of Ray Martinez, who endorsed every match as official. It also happened in front of SRPW owner Sarah Harmon, who stepped up after Lily won the title and demanded that things stop. She stripped Lily of the Boys & Girls Club Title. She also put Ray Martinez on administrative leave.
Despite the chicanery with which the events happened, several important accomplishments took place in this series of events. Jack Legacy became only the 2nd 2-time Boys & Girls Club Champoion (the other being Luc Lapointe). Beau also became the only person to hold 4 of the 5 active titles in SRPW. He only needs to win the X Division Title to claim a grand slam. He also has held more different titles than anyone else in SRPW history (5: Heavyweight, Tag Team, Boys & Girls, Women?s & Hardcore). He and Bobby are the only brothers to have been Boys & Girls Club Champions. And Lily McKenzie is the only woman to hold that title. In fact she became the only female to hold a title in SRPW that is not the Women's Title.
Ray Martinez is expected to make a statement regarding his suspension later this week, prior to the next show on April 7. Sources for Oklafan have heard rumours that he will be discussing examples of alleged abuse of power and racism in SRPW.
