Ethan Page comments on WWE stars engaging with negative fan reactions

Ethan Page has showcased multiple times that he could care less about what WWE fans on social media have to say about him.
Page discussed the WWE locker room and wrestlers’ tendency to take offense to online criticism. He told TMZ’s Inside The Ring that trusting people in WWE is relatively safer in comparison to what it was.
“I think trusting people now is probably safer than back in the day, but more and more people are a lot softer now.”
“Yeah, for sure. Wrestlers get upset when fans tweet them. They’re responding. What are you responding to fans for? What the hell? Why don’t you respond to the ones that compliment you? Only the ones that hurt your feelings that tell you the truth. Are the ones you’re giving them attention?”
Page’s callous, carefree attitude in WWE has perceived him as a heel. His willingness to drown out the clamour by fans and pushing boundaries has made him a compelling antagonist in WWE.
