Charlotte Flair says Ric Flair’s social media use is a ‘daily’ battle for her

She’s able to joke about things, but Charlotte Flair legitimately has to address her father’s social media use on a regular basis.
Charlotte appeared on the latest episode of Stephanie McMahon’s “What’s Your Story?” podcast and, when asked about her father, said Ric Flair is doing well. She loves having him as her biggest fan, but they get into “daily” fights about his social media usage. There are even times where she has to step in and publicly address what Ric is posting.
“The amount that we fight about his social media, I cannot tell you — it is a daily thing,” Charlotte said while laughing. “And then I’m like, why are you in all caps? Why are you yelling at me in your post?”
In a recent conversation, Natalya told Charlotte that she should just let her dad have his opinion. Though Charlotte understands that perspective, there are times she still feels the need to step in when he’s arguing with an account that has seven followers. With Ric being 77 years old, Charlotte doesn’t think he fully understands social media. She joked about some posts being so bad that she wants to get his account banned.
“I comment sometimes. But if it’s really bad, I won’t comment because I don’t want to draw [attention to it]. Sometimes I just have to make a joke out of it, but if it’s really bad, I’m like — report, report, report,” she said. “Whoever runs his social, if you’re seeing [this]. Your account is being banned. @CharlotteWWE has attacked your account 10 times.”
Charlotte also mentioned that Ric will sometimes send her AI images that she has to tell him aren’t real.
“I have to tell him daily, like that AI image is not real,” she said. “He has sent me pictures of him and other people. And I’m like, that didn’t happen.”
Ric Flair’s social media usage —
One time Charlotte had to respond was last month when Ric made a post trying to debunk a fake story about how he supposedly wanted to get married for a sixth time and start a new family. Just over the past week, Ric has made headlines for tweeting legal threats over robes he says have been stolen from him and reacting to how people have compared Kenny Omega vs. Will Ospreay to his classic matches against Ricky Steamboat.
