Ryan Reyes (AKA Jack Jameson) recently announced on social media that he is releasing a collection of poetry called “Memoirs of a Fck Up” on April 21st.

On his “Grilling JR” podcast, Jim Ross said he would like to see AEW sign Tommaso Ciampa: “I think that’s logical. I don’t know for sure where else. What are his other options? I mean, they’re there. He could get a deal in Japan. He could work their style well. But if I know AEW as I do, he’s somebody you wouldn’t pass on. You know, he’s a good worker and he’s got a lot of name recognition, name identity in the business. I like his work. It seems to me, and like I said, I got nothing to base this on other than my gut instincts, that he will be on the AEW roster sooner than later. Because he can have great matches with anybody. I like his work. He’s solid. He doesn’t worry about breaking an egg. He’s a tough kid. So I hope that we get him. I really do.” Ciampa actually made his AEW debut on January 28th and confronted AEW TNT Champion Mark Briscoe.

For a “WWE Playback” video, A. J. Styles, The Usos (Jey Uso & Jimmy Uso), Sami Zayn, and Carmelo Hayes rewatched the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble.

On ESPN’s “First Take” on Thursday, Seth Rollins listed his top five Royal Rumble winners of all time, putting his wife Becky Lynch in the top spot. Others on his list were Shawn Michaels (1995) at #2, Ric Flair (1992) at #3, John Cena (2008) at #4, and Rey Mysterio (2006) at #5.

Dutch Mantell recently addressed Jerry Lawler’s viral comments about wanting one final match, expressing curiosity but serious concern. Mantell said he’d be interested in seeing it, likely in a tag team rather than a singles bout, similar to Ric Flair’s last match, as he doesn’t believe Lawler is in condition to wrestle alone. He also raised the grim reality of Lawler’s health issues, noting the potential risk of a tragic outcome if he were to step back in the ring. Ultimately, Mantell emphasized that at 76 years old, and with his medical history, Lawler returning to wrestle would be extremely dangerous and ill-advised.

It was recently announced that Dutch Savage would be posthumously inducted into the Pacific Northwest Wrestling Hall of Fame at the “Portland Wrestling Expo” on February 21st. Savage joins other inductees Buddy Rose, The Grappler, and Don Coss. All posthumously inducted recipients will have their award given to a family member.

Oklafan congratulates Drake Gallows for surpassing 6 months as ASP Heavyweight Champion. He defeated Billie the Kiid for the title in a 3-Way Match that also included Colton Kinnamon on July 27, 2025 at an event in Bethany.

Oklafan extends condolences to Mick Foley on the recent passing of his mother Beverly.

Oklafan extends condolences to the family and friends of Poder Oriental, who passed away January 27th at the age of 47. At the time of this writing, no cause of death was made public. Oriental, whose real name was Idelfonso Villaseñor, seems to have begun his career in 2015 and much of it involved matches with Green Dragon and Lobo Gris. Oriental's greatest achievement occurred on November 15, 2017 when he defeated Lobo Chief and Master Chief to become the BMLL Heavyweight Champion, a title that he would hold until the company closed later that year. Oriental's focus on power and size brought him plenty of victories and established him as one of the more prominent Luchadore stars in Oklahoma. In total, Oriental participated in 27 documented cards in Oklahoma. The earliest was against Ray Martinez at a BMLL event on May 9, 2015, though no result is known at this time. The last was a loss in a Triple Threat Match to Mascara Purpura that also involved Green Dragon at a CPW event on November 14, 2023.
