Welch/Fuller Family to be honored at Tragos/Thesz Hall of Fame in July

The George Tragos/Lou Thesz Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame is honored to announce that the Welch/Fuller Family, professional wrestling’s most prolific dynasty, will be receiving the 2026 Lou Thesz Award. Roy Welch began the families’ involvement in pro wrestling in the 1930s. Dozens of family members followed Roy into professional wrestling, including most recently his grandsons Ron Fuller, Robert Fuller, Jimmy Golden and Roy Lee Welch.
Ron Fuller will be accepting the Lou Thesz Award on behalf of the Welch/Fuller Family.
Join us July 9-11, 2026, in Waterloo, IA, for the 27th annual Tragos/Thesz Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame weekend.
