Wrestler Sting swings by Duke City Toys
Posted: Dec 17th 2025 By: Scott Brown
A retired professional wrestler made his way to the Duke City, and Albuquerque residents were star-struck, to say the least. At Duke City Toys, retired American professional wrestler Sting did his final meet and greet in his iconic paint for fans.
Even though this wrestling icon brought in major business for Duke City Toys, the owners say that’s not the reason they invited him. “Sting’s a big name, but we really did it for the fans. We did it for the wrestling community and everyone who grew up watching Sting,” said Leo Martinez, owner of Duke City Toys.
He says this was made possible thanks to Albuquerque Comic Con.
