Slamtoberfest Is coming to West Village's fourth Friday monthly event

West Village's Fourth Friday event happens every month from June to October.
It highlights the diversity of Oklahoma City’s arts scene, offering opportunities to watch, learn, and participate that's all free and open to the public.
The Coca Cola Southwest Beverages Porch visited with a few professional wrestlers before "Slamtoberfest" on Friday, September 26th.

Core4 Brewing Slamtoberfest
West Village's Core4 Brewing and Empire Pro Wrestling are teaming up for the ultimate night of craft beer and high-energy wrestling at "Slamtoberfest".
It is a free event but there is a VIP front row experience available for $15 including a VIP laminate, 2 signed posters, a hoodie, as well as post match photo meet and greet with the wrestlers.
Slamtoberfest is from 6-10pm with bell time at 6:30pm.
Core4 is releasing two special beers just for Slamtoberfest: Oktoberfest Marzen and EPW Royal Amber Ale.
There will be a stein hoisting competition inside of the ring for those in the crowd who want to step into the action and show off their strength.
Eat and Sip
Attendees can choose to visit two different food trucks either "It's Whatever American Cuisine" or "Weiner Up OKC!".
Abe's will offer $1 ice cream scoops after 8pm and Tio Caszos Puerto Rican Kitchen has 2 for $5 empanadas from 6pm-9pm as well as 10% off cuban sandwiches.
OK Cider Co is releasing Barrel Aged Appletoberfest from 5-10pm with live music from 8-10pm.
You can visit the Pool Bar from 4-6pm for social hour and $10 signature cocktails.
Performances and Classes
The Arts Council OKC’s Art Moves program will feature magician Keith Coast from 6-8pm and a live sculpture demonstration by artist LaQuincy Reed from 7 -9pm.
Chrome Pole & Aerial invites the community to explore movement with a free beginner Pole 101 class in the studio at 5:30pm followed by an outdoor aerial performance at 6pm.
At DC on Film Row, blues fans can enjoy Kent Burnside from 7 to 9:30 p.m. His signature style will set the tone for an unforgettable evening in the courtyard.
Sailor & the Dock is hosting a free Bachata dance class from 7-10pm welcoming dancers of all levels, no partner required. Visitors can also enjoy specials at participating shops and businesses.
At Sweet Yield Studio, Indya King will lead an Adult Community Hip-Hop Class from 6:30-7:30pm that is open to all skill levels.
For those looking for sparkle, Tin Lizzies will feature the Galaxie Glitter Station from 6-8pm with free glitter hair designs and face painting.
TaDa Creative invites the community to contribute to a collaborative large canvas painting guided by artist Kelly from 6-8pm.
